Awe, I almost couldn't tell if that was sad or happy, it was kind of a mix of emotions, which I liked. I love when short stories can portray emotions through a small amount of words, which you did and it was lovely.
It was a little hard to read, though, because it was like a block of text which could have been separated into paragraphs. I think that would help the flow of the story was well, if you create paragraphs in the right places.
My chest contracted in a sort of melancholy. It seems like "way" should be added to the end of that line. It seems like it was cut a little short.
Overall though, this is a lovely little piece. Good job! :)
