There are so many different ways I could interpret this story. One for sure I could think of it as a loving girlfriend, talking to her boyfriend/girlfriend or whatever, talking to them about the pills that will help keep them stable. The boyfriend/girlfriend could be mentally ill and she just really, honestly cares about them getting better. Or there was another way I thought of.
It could be a girl speaking to her bf/gf again like I said, except she's persuading him/her to take the pills and use them without need. She could be an enabler that also does drugs or something of the sort and just wants permission to use those pills, though that's a little farfetched. I love how vague this all was. At first I had believed I wouldn't be able to come up with a comment, but here it is and this story was great.
