  • Like the comment below me, I'm not a fan of fan fiction, espescially when I don't know who they are. However, there is potential here. I think that you are a good writer. You immediately hooked me into the story and it flowed well and you kept it interesting. I didn't read the whole thing because it wasn't really my type of story but it was still really good and whoever likes "the maine" is going to love this. :)

Not a huge fan of fanfiction. I noticed a lot of simple spelling and grammar mistakes. Your writing is great, but your characters need more development it seems. The layout went well with the story.
I have no idea who the Maine is, so I guess that's why this story doesn't particularly appeal to me, but I think you can get a lot of readers and commenters if you fixed this up a bit.

  • There were a lot of simple grammar and spelling mistakes, but these are easy to fix. All it takes is to slow down and go over your writing before posting :) It can be relaxing to take a breather and your writing really benefits when you can look over it again after some time apart.
Also, I feel like some of the characters could be better developed later in the story (only read chapter one). Like, instead of telling us right off the bat, "Rosie was sensible, Aimee was kind, Lucy was shy and slightly naive, Jenny was the newest" it would be more effective if you took the time to show that this is the way those people are. Use the way Rosie reacts to situations to show her sensibility, and the way Aimee treats others for her kindness. Again, I've only read the first chapter so sorry if you do this.
I'm not in The Maine fandom so this may be why a lot of this story was lost on me XD

  • I like this story, it's pretty good.. :) I love the way it's developing. However there are a few improvements needed, such as you might want to fix your punctuation and your grammar. However, I quite enjoyed reading it.
