I honestly had to look up the definition of the title since it was a word that was used to describe the main character at the end of the drabble. I think by knowing the meaning of the word, the drabble as a whole, and even the main character, is given a deeper meaning.
This, as if you didn't already know, was a really dark drabble, and I really enjoyed reading it. The description in this short story was brief, but very powerful. What I mean by this is that there wasn't a butt load of description, but there was a small amount that really got your point across and helped form a picture in my head.
I really liked the ending, and what happened to the man that she met up with. I don't know why I like how she sort of beats herself up about what she did; maybe because it is relatable to me and others since some people do that to themselves. I don't know, but I really like it. Anyway, this was a really wonderful one-shot that I loved reading.
