I like the George Bernard Shaw quote in the summary, although I don't know if it matches the story perfectly. That said, I do love what you have written. It's so raw and emotional. Elsie's desperation and desire for Dylan to love her comes through brilliantly.
I get the impression of a one night stand from the image. Elsie wanting a relationship with him and he just wanted to sleep with her. Now that he's done so, he's dressed and out the door. I don't know if she needs him so badly because she's in love with him, or she doesn't want to be alone, or a mixture of both. There's just so much going on for such few words that it's truly fabulous.
