No worries on the no capitalization habit; again, it really isn't a big deal, I just thought that since I noticed it, it wouldn't hurt to make sure you knew, just in case you wanted to. ^^

ANYWAYS: Chapter Three! Usually I'm a sucker for catchy dialogue phrases as openings to chapter (-cough- to the point that I probably annoy the hell out of my own readers -/cough-) but I've got to say, for some reason, I really, really enjoyed seeing the first two words of this chapter being "Zack grumbled". I mean, it's so insignificant in the grand scheme of things, and I feel like I sound like a little schoolgirl swooning at every word the cute student teacher says in his super-cool accent, but what can I say? I laughed; it was just such a funny visual to me, and it just instantly set the mood. Again, insignificant detail. Not sure why I felt the need to mention it.

Obviously, I liked seeing Matt in this chapter; it was nice to get a glimpse into the new dynamic that exists between him and Zacky after everything went down. Got to say, though, I think he was being a bit of an asshole. It's one thing to be compassionate and try to express that he feels guilty and sorry, too, and to worry over whether Zacky's going to be in even worse shape when they leave, but it's another thing completely to flat out say Zacky's never going to forgive him completely because Violet's never going to be back with them. Like, fuck you, Matt! You can make sure he doesn't get his hopes up too high, and you can tell him that you don't know if it will ever happen and talk all about odds and what not, but you don't ever make generalized statements with that much finality. Asshole.

And now I'm going to disagree with what pretty much everyone else has been saying: I actually don't like Vi's mother's character. I get that's she's mad, I get that part of that blame goes directly on Zacky because it was for him that Violet did what she did, but I just... I don't know, I don't like her. Maybe she seems flippant to me -- which I guess would makes sense given her own background, and I'm definitely not judging -- but I just don't like her for whatever reason. /shrugs.

And then I can't help but wonder, has she done anything to try and help Violet? Has she tried to go after these rumors she somehow hears of? Has she tried to call the cops? Hell, has anyone tried to call the fucking cops?! Yeah, an officer can't make an arrest without a complaining witness, but when someone else calls and tells them that they know for a certain a woman has been tortured and abused by a man in the past and is now possibly in danger of being killed by being with him now, the police are obligated to go and talk to the woman in question alone, and make sure she is okay. Even if half of the police force was in the pocket of this guy, it's a legal obligation. That gives Violet an out, where Craig can't stop her. And I get that she might totally lie and push that option away, but has anyone manned up and fucking tried to give her that option? I kind of want to bitch-slap every character in this story until they do that. xD

Also, I'm getting really curious to see if my guess about Violet being out at the promotions is right. I can just see Craig being a smug asshole and bringing her along to show off how well trained he's gotten her. But I can also see him sending her off somewhere on the other side of town, too, so I really have no idea.

So... short comment is short. I feel like I didn't talk about half of the things I wanted to... but... I'm on my phone at the airport, and my flight's about to take off, so I've got to sign out. Looking forward to the next update, but take as long as you need to with it! Don't let anyone bully you into rushing through updates. (:

I really, really want to know how Violet is! I feel so bad for Zee, I hope he can somehow get her out without getting her , himself or the other band members hurt. But who knows, its Craig and he's a crazy fucker

Zack must be going through hell with the guilt. I also feel a bit sorry for Matt as he's dealing with guilt too, for letting down Zack and Violet. I hope Zack can get her back safely soon. Please update soon

Btw, it would be good to have a chapter in matts POV and one in Violet's.

I wouldn't blame Zacky for being mad at Matt. Part of it is his fault. I wish Zacky had someone helping him. Is this story going to be just in Zacky's pov?

I'm dying here just so you know Anyways I just figured I'd let you know that I'm going trough Zacky and Violet withdraws, I hope your happy (sorry I'm really bored I figured I'd bother you).

Chapter Two:

What can I say that I really haven't said before? You can really tell Zacky loves Violet. I really want Zacky to be happy. I really want him to find Violet and everything will be okay, but I know deep down that isn't going happen. It saddens me. I don't like seeing Zacky so depressed and lost, but hey! You never know. Zacky could find Violet and she could become some royal bitch, but Zacky just puts up with her shit and puts her in her place, because she did that for him. It's Zacky's turn to pick the pieces up.(maybe I should say glass now, since that's the name of the story. Lol)

Chapter One:

Absolutely perfect way to start off the story. I also love how this story seems like it's going to be in Zacky's perspective more than Violet's.

Obsessed with this! Can't wait for the next update!!!

And yes, it's a terrible habit. I don't even realize I'm doing it when I write. By the time I do realize, it's too much of a hassle for me to go back and correct everything, since the majority of my writing is dialogue. But I'll try to do a little better at paying attention when I'm typing.
Finally! It took me forever to fix that layout. I'm glad it works :)

Finally!!! I have been waiting for an update. I absolutely love your stories, especially Pieces and this one! I can't wait to see what is going to happen once Zack and the guys get to Vegas. I don't think that Violet has moved on, and I don't think that she is keeping a low profile. I think that it is Craig that is controling what she is allowed to do and where she can be seen. It's weird going from Violet's point of view to Zacky's (a good weird) but I just keep expecting Violet to come in and find out what has been happening to her this past year. It's killing me because I have this feeling that what Craig has done to her is far worse that what she first had to go through with him. This is a great job in building the suspence for the story however (just like the band and their upcomming album release ). Something else that I'm thinking is that the guys going to Vegas and two clubs that are owned by Craig is too much of a coincidence, am I right? Can't wait for the next update, which I hope will be soon. Happy Independence Day!!!

Speaking of which, I feel compelled to inform you that your Zacky is apparently contagious. Now, that's an absolutely wonderful thing for you to have created such a dynamic representation of him that really just sticks with the readers, but damn is it tough when I'm trying to write one of my chapters and all of a sudden Zacky just wants to be loved. It took me a good few re-writes to get him back on track for my story, but I will gladly deal with that hassle just to continue reading your marvelous work of art on here. (:

So, on to the chapter! I really did enjoy this scene, even though I was sitting there crossing my fingers hoping to see what has been going on with Violet. But your decision so far to keep us out of her life throughout the past year is definitely a good one, in my honest opinion. By only showing us Zacky and his and Brian's glances into Vi's life, you're already upping the mystery and suspense around her life and making us wonder what's going on all the more. I think that's one of your goals, so I think you're doing a wondrous job. I also think that the way you're making us really wonder about her goes right back the the summary and that last line from the last chapter that I loved so very much: "What ever happened to Violet Kennedy?" Again, I'm assuming you were doing this on purpose, but if not, I think it's an amazing coincidence. We still haven't seen that far into the story, obviously, and there's no real way for us to predict how you're going to take the next few chapters, but I already really am getting that mysterious feel. I want to know about her, but even more, I want to wonder about her. What did happen to Violet Kennedy? Honestly, I'm hoping you don't answer that question anytime soon.

I loved the opening of this scene, too, where Zacky and Brian had that funny little moment. I'm a bit confused that Brian didn't seem more upset about Zacky missing the interview... but then again, perhaps it wasn't a huge deal that Zacky be there specifically, or perhaps the guys are used to him doing shit like that nowadays. Either way, it didn't stand out as really out of character or anything, so it wasn't a big concern. Speaking of concerns, though, I'm pretty darn worried about what's going to go down in Vegas now. Unstable Zacky in a place owned by Craig? Oh I can smell the conflict and tension, now! I can't wait to see if there's a confrontation that turns to blows, or if Craig's arrogant (and -cough- stupid -cough- enough) enough to bring Violet along during one of the events. You know, just to do an in-your-face kind of thing. Damn it, I hate him.

I'm also looking forward to seeing Matt and Val again after the year, and to seeing how exactly they have been handing the situation with Violet's absence. I mean, I think Jimmy's stance on that whole situation won't have changed, and it doesn't appear that Brian has had too major of a change of heart since she left, since he still thinks its voluntary and has evidently given up on her... but it'll be interesting to see which side of the fence Matt falls on. Will he feel guilty, or will he have decided they've spent enough time worrying about her? I mean, 'giving up' is kind of a harsh term, since it has been a year... but I think you know what I mean.

I did notice during this chapter that you have a habit of capitalizing every word following the end of a dialogue, even when you're not starting a new sentence and it isn't a name being said. I'm not sure if you're even interested in this kind of a review, but hopefully if you're not, you wont be insulted by me mentioning it. Technically speaking, {"So, what's the latest?" He questioned.} should be written as {"So, what's the latest?" he questioned.} It's obviously not a big deal, and you can feel totally free to ignore the suggestion, but I figured on the off chance that you'd appreciate the heads up, I'd throw it in. Don't hate me. xD

Anyways, the update was amazing as always, and I'm looking forward to the next one! Happy fourth!
