Firstly I really love your layout. The picture is nice, perhaps a little strange, but still nice. And the rest of the layout is easy to read, which is a plus. I hate to complain, but I do agree with the comment under my own, I really think you should spell out those numbers instead of just putting 8 or 9. It looks so much neater that way. Also the capitalization in your summary isn't correct, you have the I in lower case lettering. But anyway, I love your style or writing. It flows well and the chapters are so sweet. Top marks. Smile

I'm sorry this took me so long to get to!
Firstly, I love the presentation of your layout and your summary. I thought they were so cute, simple, and just overall well-done. I'm not really sure how the banner picture fits in with the story, but that's the only thing I really noticed that I wasn't crazy about. Also, in your summary you have an I that isn't capitalized.
I'm really digging the short chapters, they're brief but give enough so that the reader is able to get into the story. And I thought that was really great. I love how the chapters don't go in straight order (sorry, I can't remember the word I'm trying to think of... sequential? Not sure lol) But kind of tell the memories she has as they come to her.

"No I hadn’t given two fucks about when she tripped on the corner of a rug..." I feel like there's something awkward about this sentence. I think it's the "about when" that feels off.

"...did you lose 8 of your 9 lives when you tripped over that rug?" If a number is under ten you really should spell it out.

In the third chapter I really liked the line, "I think maybe i’m making up memories of me and you but the one that stands out to me the most was this:" I like it because it shows how people sort of glorify people after they die, and it felt real. However, the I in I'm should be capital, and I'm pretty sure that wasn't the only time you did that.

And lastly, I really like how you ended the third chapter. "No, I don’t forgive you, Tabs. I won’t ever forget you."

This is a very cute love story and I think it has a lot of potential, great job!

This is very powerful writing, as usual it's amazing, the way you capture so much within such short chapters shows your talent on it's own but as well as that your wording and everything else combined gives it that extra something !! Loving it!

I don't know what to say as I'm reading this. It's like... I can almost tell that by the end of this story, I would be all snotty and my eyes would get all red and puffy from tears.

This story just has that magnetic pull to it that just keeps me glued. Even though the chapters are short, but I think it's just perfect.

I just... I really am speechless. This story is amazing. You have an amazing writing talent and I'm subscribing because I just need to know the ending.

I'm probably going to hate you by the end of this story. I truly, probably am. Because I can already tell that it's going to rip my heart out as you stomp on it afterwards. I'm such a sucker for sad stories. Honestly, I've nearly clicked on this a million times to read it because I've seen it on the story page while I've been getting my creep on. Never could bring myself to do it though because I didn't want to become suicidal by the end. But now you've gone and done it. You've got me interested. And now I'm going to have to know what happened. I think the most recent chapter was my favorite one. Especially the last line. Powerful last lines are my favorite. At this point, I'm assuming that she's dead already and now the narrator is reflecting back on the time they had Tabby in their life. I swear to god if you make me cry (not that that's really hard to do), I'm going to be so done with you. XD Really though, this is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful job. ❤

    Hey there darling! :D

Layout I love your layout, it is just perfect, I really do love everything about it's simple texture and look. I also think the picture gives a good idea of how this person feels.

This is very beautifully written, honestly. You story telling skills are wonderful and I love this. It starts out, I'm assuming, a young man, starting his new job at a book store or library and he meets this girl, Tabby. She ends up dying, after they have both fallen in love with each other and that she's gone, he is constantly thinking of her.

It's just a real feeling, when I read this. The way you write is just so catchy and the words you use really draw me into this wonderful thing you've got here. Everything about it is lovely. I couldn't find much grammar issues, so that's good. And everything is just amazing. Great job, update soon.♥

This layout is gorgeous! The simplicity of it really just adds to the overall feel for the story. When I read the word "dying" in the first chapter I knew I would enjoy it!
I love the narrator, and the persona you give through his words. And the line "Tabby-cat, did you lose 8 of your 9 lives when you tripped over that rug?" made me just oh so happy!
Your grammar is good and I couldn't find any mistakes! Definitely recommending this one!

so i definitely adore this layout first off. The simplicity of it makes the reader focus on the story more so and I love that.

The first chapter automatically got me intrigued in the story. Even if this wasn't for a comment swap, I would be dying to read more. It's so sad that she's dying, but it makes you want to know so much more about the main character as well as this beautiful, dying girl. The shortness of it also helps pull the reader in; you definitely know what you're doing when it comes to writing and it definitely shines through.

For the second chapter I was really hoping it would be longer but i was disappointed :(, but not in a bad way. All your small chapters make this story a real page turner. I almost wish I would've started reading this at the end of it so I could continuously read it.

I love how you can get so much out in so little words. You learn so much about the characters in such a short amount of space with no dialogue, which I love. So many stories run on dialogue and it's actually a really unique, enjoyable change to see no dialogue at all. It's so sad that she dies though. I'M NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THIS HEARTBREAK NIC WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME? I can't wait to learn more about the two and how their relationship grew from their first meeting. I also love that "Tabby Cat" is clumsy and loves reading; it definitely makes her more relatable to the average reader.

At this point in the comment I usually talk about things the writer can fix such as grammar/mechanics and such but there is absolutely nothing to change. I had no idea just how wonderful of a writer you were. Everything flows so nicely and you definitely know what you're doing with your technique. Obviously I subscribed to this lovely story and I CAN'T WAIT for the next update. Why didn't I get into this sooner?

    OMG. OMG. OMG.
This is just so amazing and I just don't know what to say about it. After these two short chapters, I'm totally hooked on this! God, I know it's going to be sad and she's going to die but I'm going to fall in love with her just like he is and it's not going to be fair. WHY MUST YOU DO THAT!!!!!
That last line has got to be my favorite line I have ever read, Tabby-cat, did you lose 8 of your 9 lives when you tripped over that rug? It's like everything rolled into one line.

But that second chapter and the whole rug thing, I just don't know why but I just love how it's described so simple but yet powerful and he was just like "whatev' dont care"

    Please update, like noooooooooow.

This story really needs to be updated right this second so I can read more of the amazingness. tehe

Really though, I really like this story. You have a really interesting writing style, I like how you can just write a small little chapter and it packs such a punch and makes me want to read so much more. Also, I'm incredibly jealous that you can end chapters so well, because I've never been able to do that.

Both of the chapters are filled with a ton of emotion, which is really impressive for how short they are. Everything is so mysterious and interesting and I really want to know what's going on with both of your characters.

I'm definitely subscribing to this, and I'm excited to read more!

Firstly, I love the layout and I think it's simple, but quite pretty.

Moving on to the content, I thought the first chapter was really great at capturing my interest. At first, I was like, 'oh this is going to be a cute romance,' but then the main character mentions that she's dying and already I know that I'll be subbing to this, even though I despise sad stories. I liked that in the second chapter, he is more focused on himself but when he mentions his innocent Tabby, he gets all wistful and sad about her. I loved the switch between emotions; it was done effortlessly. Like the other commenters, I loved the last line of the second chapter. It's smart and witty, but also really sad as well.

I really like this so far, and can't wait to see where you go with this Cute

Wow.. this is really amazing. I love the length of the chapters, there's so much in so little. Then, like Ashes to Graphite said, the last sentence in the second chapter. It's kind of bittersweet, it's witty but the meaning behind it is so very heavy.
