Ah, what a sweet and pure one-shot! I was really worried that something was going to go so very wrong somewhere (which is sad, but it’s just what I’m so used to with LGBT+ fics) so I was so pleased when it all was just one big happy ending. I loved how Mick and Jim’s band mates and parents were so accepting of them. It was such a small little tidbit in the grand scheme of things, but it was so nice to read a fic where there wasn’t any hatred because of sexualities and relationships. It was just unconditional love and support, which I loved! That little bit where Corey had to be the one to tell Mick that he was in love made me laugh and it also captured a small glimpse of their relationship. I think you did well to capture Corey’s, too, as a side thing. Especially with him confronting rumors.
The entire scene where Mick was going to ‘propose’ (I put in quotation marks because they really were already married) was really sweet and adorable. I love how he spoiled Jim so much, and the entire conversation afterwards about children was very cute.
Overall, I think I’m overwhelmed with CUTE because I keep using the words ‘sweet’ and ‘cute’ but it really, really was so good job!
