I relate to this because I have struggled with anxiety for basically my whole life. I have definitely felt the things you've felt. I totally relate to the cat thing too, because I seriously am jealous of cats for having it so easy. Even though you wrote this in a journal style, your prose is pretty good. You have good descriptions of things and I like your analogies as well. The only thing I would suggest changing is doing an in depth proofread to catch a few typos and changing your numbers so they're written out. It makes it smoother that way.
