I know (and thank you), I was thinking about making it into a full blown story once the contest was over. It just seemed more like a prologue to me when I was writing it. If I do the story, I'll let you know so you can read it into more detail about the character.

This is super! I really enjoy the initial diary style and the personal tone that it sets for the rest of the story. You also do an incredible job of describing the music and its full impact on your main character.

My only issue with this is that there wasn't much depth at all with the character; we never got a chance to know them outside of these little snapshots.
