your AN on the last chapter was fantastic. I think this is the first fic I've ever read that full-on confronted the problem of slut shaming and objectification and it's fantastically and realistically written so congrats for that!

You're an amazing author, the more I read this story the more involved I become. I cannot wait for the next part. The emotional involvement you achieve with Oliver is perfectly balanced, she's such an intriguing character.

I honestly can't explain how much I love this story. and it's not even just the story it's your writing! I've never read anything that comes close to making me feel how i feel when i read this story. i can't even begin to explain it. I would read anything you wrote. also something is obviously going on between harry and rose it's not even something it's everything and the moment before harry said you're dead confusing was basically perfection.
... okay well i wrote all that before I read the kiss scene.. i don't know what to even think but i do know that i may actually die if rose pushes him further away.. that is all :)

I can't believe you're making us wait until FRIDAY after a post like that! Rose may claim that they're not friends, but I think that she keeps saying that because somehow she knows that he's already past the point of friendship. He knows more about her than most of her "best friends" and with that KISS you can't tell me that they'll be able to continue to ignore all the tension between them. Or maybe you will have Oliver ignore it simply because that's what she tries to do best. Looking forward to the "premiere" update!

It's so insightful and you clearly have such a great grasp of Harry and Rose, and the whole concept of friendship I'm trying to tackle here!

okay i can't even explain to you how much i love how innocent their relationship is
there may be nothing innocent about Rose or Harry or Rose AND Harry, but nonetheless, their relationship is innocence at its best
Rose believes that Harry is this boy that needs to be shielded and kept away from her and she's trying so hard to protect and preserve his innocence by keeping him at arms' length but the only thing that does is make him want to be closer to her because she's one of the best friends he has (((:
despite the romantic potential of their relationship, it's currently platonic and almost nothing else, and that's one of the things i love most about this story.
it doesn't start out with Harry the Friend then speeds onto Harry the Crush and Harry the Boyfriend. it's Harry the Annoying Youngster; Harry the Annoying, Vulnerable Youngster; Harry the Annoying, Vulnerable, Youngster Who's Actually a Great Friend

as their relationship progresses, you're still keeping those things that he was to her before. he's still young and annoying to Rose, yet he's vulnerable and something greater than just an acquaintance.

Weeeeeeell, maybe I shall post a drabble or something in Harry's POV on my tumblr one of these days. I've already got some blurbs saved in my outline and I do like writing in his perspective sooooo I'll probably share a lil' something eventually. Interesting insight into why Rose is scared to let him in. Harry does appear to be "in so deep" in the sense that she has definitely let him get under her skin more than she anticipated. Omg. "I JUST WANT HER TO REALIZE SHE LOVES HIM." Hahaha, that escalated quickly! Do you really think she loves him? I KNEW she was going to walk out on Harry. I wish you'd give us a glimpse of how Harry feels about Oliver, because he so clearly adores her and deep down I think she knows that and that's part of what terrifies her about letting him in. Because all these other guys she'll hook up with aren't attached and intimate, but now that Harry is in so deep he has more of an effect on her than they ever will. I JUST WANT HER TO REALIZE SHE LOVES HIM. Can't wait for more!
