    Day Six:

A forest of spindly trees iced in autumn leaves. Oh man, that’s so good. I love the imagery here. The iced. It just gives off this awesome haze of orange to the scenery and it’s beautiful to imagine.

Something that I had to pick out in this chapter is the way she brushes off the amount of things she knows about him, just because they aren’t emotional and deeply personal. I mean, she knows how big his hands are, how tall he is, that he has a scar. How does she know this? Why does she know this? What makes it even stranger is that she sort of pitched them to have this awful, hateful relationship. But now that she’s slowly giving more puzzle pieces, it seems to be something she really did cherish and like.

Now that I know more about him, I’m really starting to like Atlas and who he was before he became John. I like that he wanted to take his own special person to the museum that was so special to him. He seems to have been so human, even if he was training to be a killer.

She’s getting so, so desperate now. Her kills are getting a little messier. She’s doing things that make it harder to determine whether he’s really died or not. She’s giving him a 50/50 chance. I feel like she’s letting him live!

And that part at the end.

    I do not feel regret.

I think she’s telling herself that but she doesn’t really believe it. I kind of hope that Atlas knows all along, or that she and Atlas devise a plan where they sort of fake his death and then he goes into hiding. I want him to get his memories back! Something! With a bang! To excited to see what happens next :D Update soon!!!!

    Day Five:

    How I have missed this!!

I love how desperate she’s getting now! All subtleties aside, she just wants to do it in the messiest way possible without having to make it really close and personal. She’s so nice and careful. Always thinking of what she needs to do to stay hidden. But somehow! Somehow I sort of think that after she shot it, she busied herself instantly so that she didn’t have to deal with it.

Oh my god! When he runs into her it’s just too funny, hahaha. Just had to be that he came home a minute late, and then had nowhere else to go. Of course! Hahaha. What’s hilarious is that she has so many moments that she can kill him, and yet she doesn’t. And oh man it’s so obvious that she doesn’t want to. ;)

Oh it makes me sad that her Dad is mad at her. ☹ She’s actually doing everything she can and Atlas it either incredibly lucky or he’s totally got all of his memories and is being a crafty little shit haha. I’m excited to find out any more memories that Atlas might have.

Anyway, as always the writing is amazing. Beautiful easy and smooth to read, I breezed through this so quickly. I especially loved where he was talking about the stars, and how they were brighter. It seems like such a simple, subtle memory, but I have this feeling like it holds a lot of more meaning.

    Can’t wait to read more!

    Unexpected:

It's kind of hilarious how much she refers to him as John haha, when she fully knows that his real name is Atlas. I think it's nice the way that you separate them this way. We know this is Atlas, but it's not really Atlas. Especially the way that he treats her when she has a mini break down. He's all sorts of worried and weird. It's almost like too innocent, but I kind of the get the feeling that we think that because we're looking through the eyes of such a suspicious and dodgy person. Haha, but anyway he doesn't have his memories, his personalities, and the name doesn't seem to belong to him anymore. Especially since he can't attach himself to it. So I think it's nice that you've labelled him differently because he honestly is a different person. I'm kind of hoping we do get to see Atlas though. That would be badass. Or more likely, HE will be badass!

The way you've written her attempts at killing him have been wonderful. I feel like she's resorting to more obvious attempts and less quick/subtle ones. It's almost like she's getting really desperate, and super confused in herself. It doesn't help having Mr. Doe-eyes playing his best moves on her. Hahaha. By the way, I love her grumpy/sarcastic attitude. It's so un-swoony and yet he's so drawn to her.

I love love love this story!

Wow, this was amazingly good. I've never seen a plot like this before, so I was definitely surprised and interested as I started reading! Atlas is such a cool name, by the way. I like the fact that Autumn is sort of torn when it comes to him, because she knows she has a job to do but for some reason she keeps coming back. I also like the fact that she views herself as a "hero" when she's actually an assassin. Just a cool perspective. This was really well written, and I liked it a lot!

I must admit, when I saw the title of this story, my heart may have skipped a beat.
This story is absolutely astounding, every chapter filled with vivid detail and realistic dialogue which really helps to tie the reader into your characters. Atlas King is such a 'lost puppy' it's ridiculous. This is really professional and well-written, and I can't wait to see where you take it next! I'll definitely continue reading whatever you update, and I'll make sure to recommend it to my friends. Best wishes!

Oh my goodness this is so good! Hahaha. I am so hooked. The dialogue is so incredibly realistic it's insane. And there's just enough description for me to be able to perfectly imagine everything that's going on. Almost, I love how she's remembering things about Atlas and she's comparing the two of them all the time. I can't wait to see if we'll get to see Atlas come back full glory or not. I bet he was a badass. He's such an interesting character, and it's so interesting that he has this potential to be a completely different person.

I especially love the bit where she tells him that his name is Atlas King. And there's this little moment where he's trying to attach himself to this name, and it's weird for him and amusing for her. She's got a little dark sense of humour. But she likes linking the two of them back together.

I both love Autumn and I feel so sorry for her as well. I have this feeling from her, I don't know, this vibe. It's like she's interested in this ordinary life and she might even be willing to entertain this idea. She's never gotten the chance to and she just acknowledges that it's not something she will ever do. But oh jesus she is so freaking sassy. I just love how she slips little sarcastic comments or threats here and there. It's so hilarious. It highlights that she's dark and what she does is dark and she's not a perfect person. Honestly, she's such a good character, and it's like she has a real personality. She gets angry and frustrated and flustered. She's weird sometimes, but I think all of that makes her who she is. She's very human, even though what she does is very inhuman. Argh. I just love her. I don't think I've loved a main female character so much before!

Also, I just have to mention that little parallel Autumn makes at the end of Day Two. She's a hero without her villain. A batman without her Joker. I think this is really interesting and it says a lot about her character. She's an assassin, she kills people for a living. But she thinks she's a hero. She sees herself as the good one in this, and she sees her targets as villains. I think that shows how tough her skin and her morals are.It shows how much she's obviously been trained and conditioned by her Dad into this.

I love her conversation with her Dad in Day three. So damn realistic, and I love her Dad. He's such a real, down to earth character. Also, so cool that Atlas is immune to poisons. Oh man that's cool.

Cannot wait to read more! Autumn is so weak for him it's heartbreaking! UPDATE.

    The Job:

Okay, so I totally didn't expect Atlas to actually be someone she knew, let alone one of her Dad's protiges! Arghhhh, now I'm so curious about him. This just adds so much more fuel to the fire. I expected it to be she would just find him and have to kill him, because he's some kind of corrupt business dude or something. And she'd be painted as a vigilante. But wow, this makes it so much more personal and gives so many more layers. Who is Atlas? Where does he come from? Why did he leave?

I'm so excited to see her interactions with Atlas now. I wonder if he remembers all of his training? Will they battle it out, I wonder. But I also feel sort of weird about Autumn. She doesn't seem like a hero now. Maybe what she and her Dad do isn't exactly something for the good or the better. To want to kill someone for leaving you, sort of makes her Dad seem shady and untrustworthy. This makes Autumn sort of evil in a way, or without a moral compass. She's so willing to kill someone she did know once, and she honestly doesn't really care any more than she would kill a stranger.

Argh! So good. I just love that you added that in. And his amnesia. This can pretty much go anywhere, I have no idea what to predict anymore. I can't wait for the next chapter! It should be exciting!!

    Prologue:

I love that you introduce the character immediately by throwing us into a pit of her memories. It's a good chance to just sort of get to know her, and understand who she is before we find out what she's doing and who she's doing it for. I really like Autumn's character, and I think you established it so well in the first few paragraphs. She relates to us like she's just some kind of normal girl. But then you get to her name and you just know who she really is. She seems deadly. She's poisonous. Her tone seems really determined and ready. I like how set on a path she is, she's so directed to do and be something. That drive is rarely seen in main characters, and I think it's the pro and con of Autumn. She's driven and determined, but is she using that for the right reasons?

You've given off just enough information for me to be hooked already. I want to know what she knows, what she wants to do so badly. I want to meet her Dad, and watch their relationship fold out for us. I feel like she's treating us as readers, the same way she'd treat any stranger. She doesn't give us too much. She's only giving enough to keep herself safe. Concealing it, or just not revealing. So now I'm going to wait for one of those moments where she totally slips up and shows her vulnerable, broken side.

Anyway, it's short and abrupt but it's very powerful. And you've given away so much character with so little words.

    Love. Love. Love.
