I'm all caught up with new chapters and just...ugh that last one had me feeling all kinds of things. Happy for Phoenix. And just sad about the whole Mesa situation. I wish him and John would just finally have a talk, lay everything out, and get past this.

So I haven't been on mibba for forever and day, so I had a ton of catching up to do... I finally got through all the chapters and I love this story so much! There aren't many stories that show The Maine guys when they're older, so I love this new POV.

I wish I could make a decent comment about this emotional chapter, but I dont know what to say, just that I forgive Emily and love the twins again.

OMG! You're back!!! I've missed this story so much. Loved this update. The fact that Mesa wanted to talk to Dakota first made me happy because she's their mom, maybe not their real mother, but the one that raised them.

PS: Sorry for any grammar mistake. I promised a long comment and here it is.

Since John is the godfather for all of Eric and Leah’s kids, now Eric can be the baby's godfather!!!! *heart eyes emoji* Dakota being pregnant is awesome.

Speaking of changes, it's funny to analyse the twins perspective of John before and now. As we are kids we think our parents are super heroes that can fix everything and know everything. Then we grow up and realise that they are people too, they make mistakes, have flaws and are scared of a bunch of things. Phoenix, being the sensitive one, understands that better. I think Mesa isn't mad with John, he's mad because this fantasy is over. In the teenager process of finding himself, he lost his "super hero dad" and doesn't know how to deal with that.

Also, I never thought I'd say that, but I want the boys to meet Emily. I forgive her.

"Darlin', if you're mine, I'm yours". My heart is officially melted.

I promised I would comment here, but I met The Maine (again) and Brennan yesterday, Rio's concert was insane, John cried... Anything related to this band is making me cry right now. The whiskey was a mistake I forgot to fix! I'll have to change it- when I wrote it I hadn't planned for her to end up telling him she was pregnant, spur of the moment ideas, aha. I'm glad everyone seems to be appreciating the conversation between John and Mesa- it's not going to last, I'll tell ya'll that much.
