The fact that Natasha is still being shady is interesting - I really want to know what her problem is already, I want to know if it's simple jealousy or much more.

To the mission, I'm torn between cooing and yelling Her stopping to seek comfort while behind enemy lines was so dangerous, but at the same time, I get it. I'm stuck between wanting her to grow a pair and wanting her to stay the same I don't know, next time, hold his hand or something

As to his reaction to the water, I feel bad for him. He's done so well and come so far, yet he's still brought down so quickly. It's not a little thing for him, but to others, they'd see it as a small problem. I hope that doesn't cause problems for him or them - and I hope no one gets on their high horse about his effectiveness as a soldier. I'll cut a bitch if they do.

I can't wait for more and can't wait to see what you have planned next :D

I really liked how you brought back his PTSD, it shows how he still isn't whole no matter what he might Say. Please update soon!!

I love how Jennifer was the one that promised him that she was going to watch over and protect Bucky and it wasn't the other way around, though I have no doubt that Bucky will/is doing the same by not pushing his problems and nightmares onto her but I love that it was the other way around because it shows us that Jennifer really cares for Bucky. It's great to see the woman want to take care of the man because the other way around is so over done! But I'm really enjoying this story so far! Can't wait for the next update! :)

Chapter 15:
I feel like maybe Bucky wanted to help those people in the cryo tanks, wanted to help them but was conflicted with getting the mission over and done with. It clearly weighed on him, gave him pause. I kind of wish he'd at least tried, or had said something.

As to Cap, I'm glad Bucky understood what Cap was trying to do by putting them together. It wasn't just a test of loyalties, but his way of showing he understands they work well together. He's giving them enough rope to move freely without it being enough to hang themselves with. Good guy Cap hha.

Chapter 16.
I love that you've made the mission weigh on Jen. It's unrealistic to think any soldier would be completely dandy with killing anyone - enemy or not, evil or not. And especially not since Jen is a level headed person - she's not broken or bent.

As to the scene with Bucky - as someone who is a trained soldier and who has been Bucky's handler for some time, she would know not to touch his arm. One of the first things soldiers are taught is how to deal with other soldiers who's dreams are haunted. You don't go near the face or the torso, so no touching arms. If you need to wake them, you either shake their foot or you pinch their big toe. I feel she would/should have known this, however I'm assuming you did this to lead into him hurting her.

As to his reaction and her responses to his admissions, I'm glad you've had her state that she can't understand what he's been through. There is nothing more damaging to a soldier suffering from PTSD than someone else saying they "understand, "know" or "get it" when they clearly have no idea. So great touch there. I feel maybe Bucky was a little too open, but I guess everyone heals differently. It would be interesting though if you explored his mental state more - he's not always going to be receptive to her, appreciative of her attempts to be supportive, he'd push her away, avoid her and sometimes lash out - all symptoms of someone deeply traumatized, which Bucky is. Seeing how he reacts and how she goes about trying to handle it - whether she seeks out Cap's help or takes that annoying "but what about me" tone a lot of women take - would be interesting to see. (If you need any help with the PTSD side of things, I could possibly help answer any questions you might have. My dad was in the military for 24 years and is now suffering from PTSD. I see what it does to him everyday so maybe I could shed some light if you wanted to go down that road with Bucky.)

I'm really enjoying what you're doing and where you're taking this story - or at least where I think you might be taking it haha. I love this story and I can't wait for more :D

I love how Jen feels guilt at killing other human beings (even if those human beings do experiments on other humans), but it just shows us as a reader that she is human herself and she cares, but for those like Bucky. Those taking against their will and turned into something they are not. I love this chapter so much! I love how their relationship is still growing and new. Also, how Bucky realizes that he was not alone in all of this and that other people have been taken as well. Shows how he wants to stop them even more. I can't wait for the next update! :)

well.... them all being in the same house and steve not wanting bucky and jennifer to show that they're together and then nat and her bad attitude...... got a feeling that it isn't a good idea..... like sam is going to end up in the middle of a huge fight or something like that

Boooo. Natasha is being so catty, I can't decide if she's angry and jilted, or just being jealous. She seems to forget that Jen is pretty much her. As to Steve's look, he's starting to bother me. He's going to have to start trusting her, and accept that she's on Bucky's side before he drives a wedge between them all. She hasn't done anything wrong, and I hope everyone sees that before shit hits the fan.

As to the new set up(and Natasha's attitude) I'm worried. I have this sinking feeling that she's going to let her personal feelings get the better of her - that she might do something to jeopardize the mission just to get one up on Jen. Or she's going to be sneaky about it and use Bucky, cause tension between everyone until he snaps, or Jen snaps and everyone loses faith in her. I don't know, I just have a feeling she's going to do something to put Jen on the outside of the group, which will cause so many problems.

It's so Stark to take control! I think his idea is great and is very much needed. I enjoy how you captured Natasha and it is so her to feel disrespected when she was put on as muscle and not second in command. Love where this is going so far! Can't wait till the next update! :)

Ahhh! I love these past two updates! Sorry I didn't comment sooner, I've been away at Disney! But I love the connection between Jennifer and Bucky and how their relationship is starting to blossom more and more! I just can't wait to see where it goes from here now that Bucky has more of his memory. Oh, and Steve in this one was great! How he didn't what Bucky to get hurt if someone found out about their new relationship, because that would just mean someone would try to steal Jennifer from him. I can't wait for the next update! :)

i've just recently started to read winter soldier stories to be honest (brian haner jr's new one is the first actually and then one other writers story and it's sequel) and figured that i'll keep it up since he's kind of adorable when he's like a lost little puppy- and so found this one earlier and I just adore it

I'm loving that Bucky is getting his memories back, whether it's all of them or a few, small ones or things that meant a lot. I'm happy he's showing confidence too, that'd be a powerful emotion for someone like him to finally feel after so long.

I'm happy they're working through it, happy she's willing to help him get through everything, and I'm glad you haven't made her a complete robot - she feels jealousy, even if she doesn't acknowledge that herself.

I'm really interested in seeing where you take it, you've gotten it to a point where the plot can't really be predicted - which is a breath of freaking fresh air haha.
