I feel like every time I read one of your stories it becomes my new favourite thing of yours, but this is so relevant to my life that I just can't deal with it and I adore it.
I love how you started out with descriptions of her mind going, and then went on to talk about why. It felt like a really cool transition from the beginning of the story to the end, if that makes sense. It was really relateable to anyone who’s ever had a sleepless night, you kinda just sit there thinking about everything and slowly descend into that feeling of loneliness. The way you personified loneliness was fantastic, the mystical creature part was really clever.
I really enjoyed all of your metaphors (or analogies? oh god, I dunno) throughout the whole piece. It made everything make a lot of sense while I was read it and I really loved it.
You know I love everything you do, but I REALLY LOVED THIS ONE
This is pure loveliness! I enjoyed reading it from beginning to end. Your descriptions not only captivated me, but they also made it so much easier for me to relate with this voice. You managed to perfectly describe how lonely, sleepless nights truly are. Loved it!
