    !!! MORE POETRY !!!

The more I read by you, the more I figure out that you're a breathtaking poet. This was so beautiful and somehow light and heavy all the same. I felt the summer heat and I heard the water of the river and I could even smell the white wine, "thicker than the heavy sunshine." (Such a beautiful, beautiful line, wow.) And then they spoke and I felt like I was missing something and I wanted desperately to know what that something was. I wanted to know why the narrator didn't speak and why no one seemed happy about his news or "the wedding". What could have possibly provoked those unspoken emotions? I just can't get over this and how well you write and how beautiful all your descriptions are. Your imageries are like softly painted pictures and it's just poetry. I love love love love it so much.

I like how this focuses on the scenery, and not necessarily the interactions between characters or the pending goodbye. Too often details of the actual place are lost in action that doesn't need to be described, but you skip over that and focus on what is beautiful about even a sad occasion. This is wonderful.
