I felt like this was a chill story. I don't know if that makes sense, but it felt like it was just a casual story about someone's life and I liked that there wasn't anything crazy that was going on, you know?
The relationship between Brian and Ava was really cute, I could tell they cared for each other and Brian was just trying to help after everything Ava have gone through. I like that she didn't end up relying on the relationship though and decided to go off and find herself. It made me happy that she knew what she wanted to do and knew should go do it by herself because yesss strong women are the best.
There was a couple things I wanted to mention. The first being that you use a lot of short sentences, which is okay, but I think having too many sentence fragments all in a row can make it a bit difficult to read and understand, which takes away from the story a bit. The second thing is that I felt like what was going on in Ava's life could have been explained a bit more, just for the sake of clarification. I had an idea of what was happening, but I was also confused in a few places which made it a little but harder for me to enjoy the story to the fullest, if that makes sense?
Overall though, this was really loved to read. Great job!
