Oh my gosh. That sucks! The house we're buying is empty and gas really motivated sellers so are very hopeful that we can get evening done and be moved in by July. Thanks for the comment!

Ugh, yes, my husband and I bought a house at the end of last year. It was so nerve wracking. We actually signed papers in October but didn't get to close until December 30th.
