God, this was beautiful. The way you describe the color red without actually using it was beautiful. It wasn't your layout that gave it away for me, really. It was this line:

and then

That line was just... so powerful and beautiful, and it punched me right in the gut.

AND LISTEN, the last line was so beautiful.

this line, the last line, brought everything together and created the perfect ending. Words cannot describe how much I loved this. It was heartbreaking, but beautiful at the same time, and it made me feel so much which is something that I love with stories like these. You made me feel the color red. i hope that makes sense

When I read this line It was the color of watching the universe rearrange your heart for two different people. I knew that some serious heartache was coming my way.

This was beautiful. The layout is simple and elegant, and I like that you didn't add a lot of red to it. It fits well with your writing style, which is simple and not overdone. Your word choice is so genius, so carefully thought out and I love the way you split it between the her and the him. It was still feeling like my bones were grinding against each other in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. That line, that to me is red.

I loved this. It was packed full of emotion, and heart and so much red. You did a fabulous job.
