  • Errmmm while it's adorable and all that they made up but I'm still kinda hesitant to believe Daniel haha. I really liked the warehouse scene. I think Cory has to be one of my favorite characters, because of how carefree and joyful he can be, and the random things he'll sometimes blurt out. He's great for tense scenes, when he just cracks a random joke and you can't help but laugh at it, and it eases up any moment.

Also, the speech Hector gives Audrey. Telling her what's happening in her personal life, and anything that's happening at the manor, does not mean anything when they're on runs. That it's just survival. It's one of those really realistic scenes that just get you thinking. Love the whole update! And the nostalgia of Daniel actually having to use the room key again haha. Amazing work! Mr. Green

There is a definite answer to that much asked question, haha, but it won't be revealed for quite some time.

Yeah, in the original version, Bumper was a little mutt puppy discovered by Emilyn in the garden. I figured going this way gave the animal a little more personality with only having three legs. I've had three puppies in my life, all of which were given away by my parents less than a year after having them. Not cool.

  • Soooo does this mean she'll get back with James?! ;)

  • So many feels and so much shock, holy crow. It's heartbreaking to imagine Daniel saying something like that about Audrey, especially now since things are working out for them again. With a fallout like this, I wonder what will happen next? Will Audrey choose to stay with him regardless of abandon him? I can't wait to find out haha. I really like the addition of Bumper. Having a dog myself, they can be the greatest thing ever just to hug when you're upset, so it hits home. It's great that he's around to lift the kids' spirits, as well. Awesome update!

  • I want to know who that was!

  • It was cool to see them go back to the farm to check things out. Adds some finalism to that story and what had happened to Angus.
A puppy! I was excited, and when the wolf showed up I feared they'd have to use it to distract it. Thank goodness they didn't! Mr. Green (yet...)
I thought at first the sniper was maybe, just maybe a living member from James' group, even if it was a long shot haha. But when he started popping rounds at their feet, pretty sure it wasn't a friendly. Things are really ramping up! Can't wait to see what happens next. Mr. Green

  • Seriously sweet chapter. It's nice to have a calm moment in between, I have a feeling the wolves are bound to strike...

It's an interesting theory Harry had, and an awesome take on the scenario. From the way the wolf on the highway reacted to Rusty's reanimated corpse, almost scared, I was wondering if the manor group would pull the 'Michonne' route and chain up a bunch of zombies to the fence to ward off any werewolves who wanted to attack. It's really cool how they work, they're more complicated to understand than the zombies are. They're planning and plotting how to get ahold of them, and lure them out of their safe haven. Having enemies this smart may work against the manor group in the long run. I'm really excited to see more of this! I can feel some foreshadowing coming from this, like the mentioning of Toner's death and James' reaction. I wonder if somehow that will affect James's future? Can't wait to see, awesome update! And the layout looks great! I orginaly read this on my iPod so I couldn't see it, so I just did boot it up on my desktop to check out the new look. It's easy to read and still stays true to the story. Mr. Green

Spelling errors? Or other kinds of errors? I wrote this at 4am so I didn't edit much before posting.

  • You are doing amazing! I can't wait for the next update. Though, i figured I'd let you know that there were some errors in this chapter. Not to much but some small ones. :)

  • UGH! I can't believe I didn't see this earlier! Loved it

  • That is an amazing opening, oh man...
It has so many emotional points to it, like James asking Anslee when the last time she cried was, and finds himself grieving when he sees Rusty as a zombie. Also the zomie Llewellen. I liked it's involvement, although minimal, it was a nice edition and I really liked the scene when Toner told James not to kill him because he's his friend, which made the chapter's conclusion much more emotional, with James sending off both Toner and Llewellen with "Toner says goodbye."
It really wraps up that scene, and sheds some light on James' behavior since he got back. I love how it turned out! It's awesome to get a better idea what the wolves are like when they're hunting. Cannot wait to read more of this story!
