Everything about this chapter made me happy! Sexy time, post sexy time, the start of more sexy time...

It took a lot of a particular kind of courage for Zack to say those things, but he needed to. It's not selfish for him to tell her that he just wants her to be able to relax with him and be herself and not fight to keep up a facade. And it's brave of her to promise to do so after how long she's been hiding behind her walls. I hope she can manage it more often than not, because I think he is going to give her the happiest time of her life.

::sigh:: That was....... absolutely freakin’ perfect!!! Definitely worth the wait in my opinion. You captured everything so beautifully from the emotions right down to the sex scene itself. I’m so happy that they finally took this next step in their relationship, I just hope that Julie doesn’t close herself off again like Zack is afraid of.

Look, I love a good sex scene as much as the next person, and I know you would do Zack and Julie justice. But if you choose not to write anything explicit, that works, too. It would be a good read, but this story doesn't have to have it, you know?

This was another great update. I’m loving the chemistry between Julie and Zack. Also, I was wondering if you would consider giving Julie the option of a heart and lung transplant as my brother’s friend was on the list for one of those shortly before he passed away. I'm still desperately in love with their relationship. They're just so good for each other, despite the limitations that exist between them because of her illness. Zack seems to want to ensure she actually lives before she dies, that she gets to experience everything an average person should experience. It's really sweet. And while I understand her trying to keep some distance - to spare his heart, mostly - I think Zack is the one who has it right.

I actually knew someone who had CF. We were in elementary school together, and I was not aware he was sick back then. I moved away, then we ran into each other at a concert years later, and he told me but I didn't know anything about the disease. The next time I heard about him, it was the news that he had passed. He was in his early 20s. Reading your portrayal of life with CF has been very informative and makes what he went through so much more real to me.

I’m finally getting around to reading the latest chapter (my daughter just started kindergarten so I’m behind )
Yesssss! It’s about time she admits her feelings for Zack. Hopefully now she will fully let him be there for her and not be so darn stubborn lol.

I must admit that I have had my suspicion about her illness from the start of this story. I recognise the signs because my brother’s best friend died from this terrible condition when he was 22. It would have been his birthday today too (22nd August). I think this story is beautifully and sensitively written. I am glad that Julie and Zacky are falling for each other, she needs someone like Zacky to be there for her and I think he will be, along with the rest of the guys. It’s such a pity that Jimmy is not around. I think he would have been good for her. A great story and I look forward to more of this xx
