Alright, here we go, chapter one!
Sure, he loved being social and talking to others, but there was a time and place for everything, and recording was not one of the times, nor the places to make new friends. – me thinks this may change soon…
Oh, Zacky… you adorable man, you! I feel bad for him. I’ve never had a broken arm (or bone, for that matter) but I can imagine it would hurt like a mofo! And such bad luck to break his left arm… I want to hug him!
and would rather let Matt stew in curiosity. Pre-payback for the shit he knew he would cop. – Bahahaha! Love it… he’s already trying to get him back for something he hasn’t even done yet. Hahaha
I love Jimmy yelling at Johnny. I feel this would’ve been a very common occurrence. But I’m curious what Johnny did to piss Jimmy off so much… hahaha
Dislocated shoulder, broken elbow, broke both my radius and ulna, plus two broken fingers. – Holy shit! He did a good bloody job!! All from tripping on a throw cushion. I feel he needs to make up a better story, something more dangerous and bad ass, just to save a little face. Hahaha.
“Fucking dick slammed the door in my face, TWICE!” – HAHAHA! Oh, Johnny… you lil shit. Haha.
Ooh, Zacky is grumpy. But I can see it’s more with himself and the situation, than Indy. She’s just an innocent bystander. But I like that she’s forward and confident enough to call him out and try to resolve any potential issues before they get started working together. I mean, Zacky’s situation sucks, but it is what it is.
“Yeah, intends well, just… exuberant,” – such an accurate description of Jimmy, love it!
“Well, this is a tough situation, but we’ll manage it. Basically, Indy is here to be your hands,” Mudrock started, regretting his choice of words in a room full of 20-something year old males. He hoped it would go unnoticed, but the small stifled laugh from Jimmy proved him wrong. The drummer pretended it was a cough while everyone else smirked at the statement. – Bahaha! I half expected it to be Johnny who sniggered, but honestly it could have been any of them. Hahaha.
I love the plan to deal with Zacky’s inability to play. It’s so well thought out and I like that she’s literally planning to play whatever Zacky and Brian create. So it’s theirs, and she’s just literally being his hands.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you,” he repeated, kissing Mudrock’s cheek. He leapt up before the producer could react, flying out the door and yelling back to the group. “Johnny’s, half an hour, first round’s on Zacky!” – Oh, Jimmy… you crazy bugger! Hahaha.
Naww, poor Zacky. His little ego is deflated with his bum wing. I would like to volunteer to hug him until he feels better! Maybe even afterwards, too. Hahaha
… Yes, we had uniforms. No, I don’t have it anymore.” – Bahaha! Oh, you just know she hit the nail on the head with assuming those questions were coming.

And we’re on chapter 2!
He had taken an immediate liking to the girl, beyond her looks, and couldn’t help but joke and act casually around her, regardless of the fact they met less than 2 hours ago. – Nu-uh, bad boy! She’s not for you! *smacks him on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper*
He would forever worry about their wellbeing and notice subtle absences or differences, always making sure they were happy and well. – Argh, Sas… I literally sighed and a tear was brought to my eye with this line. It’s just Jimmy x
I like the ‘getting-to-know-you’ session. I like that you gave us an insight, but then sort of brushed over it. It’s a good balance of detail and letting us learn more about her personality and such through the story itself.
“You fucking annoying giant prick!” – Bahahaha! Oh, Johnny… you eloquent bastard! Hahaha
“Drive safe,” Brian called out, smirking at Zacky as he did so. – HAHAHA bloody smartass
Chapter 3!
In the back of her mind, she doubted that she was skilled enough to keep up, let alone learn Zacky’s style and play on par with Brian’s lead work. – Naww, don’t doubt yourself, Indy! You’ll be fine! I’d be more worried about being distracted by all those sexy men around you all day every day…
Wow… I’m always so blown away with how technical you can get when it comes to talking guitars. I’ll be honest, I’m fucking clueless, but I still enjoy reading the tech speak as they work on mingling their skills together. It’s awesome.
Although I would’ve liked to see some more social interaction possibly over the weekend, I also like that they went their separate ways without intentions to see each other until Monday. It creates a bit more of a working relationship feel, which makes sense at first. And I’m sure they realistically have lives outside of work. Haha.
Chapter 4!
It’s nice to see that she feels nerves like anyone else. She had seemed so confidant when it came to meeting the band, but the addition of 3 unfamiliar faces seems to have really rattled her. I suppose the whole situation would be quite overwhelming, so it makes sense.
Oh, it’s the Berry’s! Oh, well she has nothing to worry about. They’ll be sweethearts, I’m sure.
Well everything seems to be going well… although I feel bad for Zacky. It would be hard to have to sit back and just watch as someone does your job. And although she needs to be good to fill his shoes, I suppose that could also suck a lil, coz he might end up feeling even more left out of it because she’s all over it. Only reading more will tell!
Ooh, creating time! It’s about to get very interesting! Haha
Chapter 5
He couldn’t help a surprising pang of jealousy strike him, at both Brian’s abilities and the attention Indy was paying him. The latter caught him slightly off guard and made him want to get to work to prove that he was still an asset to this process. – Uh-oh… c’mon, Zacky… get in there man! Hahaha
He seemed concentrated in his playing until he slumped forward, his head hitting the desk in front of him and he swore. – Bahahaha! Oh, don’t bruise your pretty face, Brian!
I see the attraction growing on Zacky’s behalf. I’m unsure of Indy… I feel her attention is more focused on Brian, maybe more in a talent way, but still. At this point she seems more drawn to him, than Zacky. I hope this changes! Zacky is already blue about having a broken wing… he needs some cheering up!
Chapter 6
…Without a doubt, she got along with Zacky the best, – yes! That’s right! It’s beginning!
Ooh, a BBQ! I like that she gets to meet the families of everyone. She’s been included as part of the crew and that’s awesome. And I love how keen Zacky is to have her there… so cute.
Aww, cute lil moment with her dad. I wonder how long until that secret comes out? Surely they would be more comfortable and realise the boys won’t judge or care. Although party of me would like to see the boys make fools of themselves by talking about her in front of him without realising the connection… Hahaha.
Chapter 7
Puppies! Yes, puppies should meet. Most important. P.S I love that your characters section is for the dogs… Bahahaha!

Yay! Her dad has arrived! I love that this an all out family affair… even though their familial bond is not actively known. Haha
“Hey, come with me. The parents have summoned,” he said to her, deepening his voice to be almost demon-esque as he spoke. – Haha, he’s so cute… how could she not think he’s just bloody adorable?! I know she’s professional and all that… but damn! She’s got eyes, right??
“Oh, we go way back. I’ve known him for what feels like forever,” Indy said vaguely, taking the lead. – Bahaha! Well she’s not lying…
Oh my god… Zacky and Jason think they’re dating?! Bloody fools! Trust them to go straight to a sexual relationship and completely dismiss a familial connection! Wow, so fucking awkward… hahahaah
Chapter Eight
Oh my god… seriously?! Why are they all being dicks?! Even if they were dating, so bloody what? Argh. Bloody boys… stupid, stupid boys!
He knew exactly what she was talking about, but refused to admit it. – Oh, you’re a dick, Matt. A DICK!
“Because you guys are fucking!” Brian exclaimed, finally chiming in. – OH MY GOD. No, Brian is a DICK.
God… I’m reading the section after that with my hand over my face. I’m looking through my fingers because I’m cringing so hard at their dumb assumptions. ARGH!
“But what about all the touching, Indy always bringing you back lunch, coming in early all the time?” Zacky asked, still needing convincing. – Yes, all things a daughter would do for her father! Oh, he’s lucky he’s pretty, coz he sure aint smart right now!
Good girl. I’m glad she walked out… I was literally sitting here, saying “Just walk out! They need to sit and think about their behaviour! Walk away!” hahaha.
I get where they’re coming from, but shit… they’ve done fucked up hard! She’s hurt and rightfully so. Her worst fear of being judged on everything but her talent was just realised. Poor dear.
I also get her guilt… but I think they have more reason to apologise. They behaved really badly towards her and although they have their reasons, they still could’ve handled it a lot better. Clearly the reason Zacky has such an issue is because he was jealous. But of course he won’t admit that!
Chapter Nine
Argh, I’m frustrated that she thinks she’s more wrong. I cannot accept this! They need to apologise for the way they behaved. Stupid boys!!
“You had me at cupcakes,” he said without a trace of a smile. He held for all of a second before he cracked a huge grin, and leant down to kiss Indy on her head. “Johnny will eat the ‘dick’. It wouldn’t be the first time!” – BAHAHAHAHAHA! I literally threw my head back and laughed at Jimmy’s lines! So funny!
She had to put the cupcakes somewhere, and if she didn’t put them down within the next minute, her rage would kick in once more, and they would end up on the walls, or potentially on the band. – Oh, man! I want to see her throw cupcakes at their stupid, sexy faces!!
“For fucks sake, woman!” – I don’t know why… but I love that. It made me chuckle, but I also found it kind of cute. He’s so frustrated with her ignoring him.
Oh. My. God. What the hell did he do?!?! Argh. You stupid sexy motherfucker! I swear, men are so fucking stupid…. Like I said before, he’s so damn lucky he’s pretty otherwise I’m sure he wouldn’t have survived so long!! Then again, prettiness isn’t gonna help when the boys find out and decide to kill him.
Chapter Ten
Oh… he sounds like he’s in so much pain! My arm is aching for him! And Indy is so sweet, although a little awkward… she’s in such a weird position, but she’s handling it well!
Bahahaha! She doesn’t know his full name. That’s adorable. Hahaha
These damn chemicals were making his head a danger zone. – Oh, no, honey… that’s not the adrenaline. It’s the lust you have for her that you’re trying to ignore. Jealous little monkey!
She consumed her thoughts with filling out paperwork, rather than thoughts of Zacky’s romantic past. – ooh, she is jealous too! YES!
“Again?” – Hahaha! Oh, god… poor uncoordinated Zacky. Need to put him a safety bubble!
Her panic over having not finished the form is so damn cute. I love how Zacky calms her and finds her adorable too. Nawww!!
Oh, look out… we got Dr. Smooth on the case. Pfft, dude, I don’t care if you’re a doctor, did you not see Zacky? He may be a lil broken right now, but he’s incredibly sexy and you have no shot in hell beating him for Indy’s attention.
Naww, she hugged and kissed him. Adorable!!!
I love how Brian just asks why she didn’t come talk to him… boofhead! It’s sweet that he was ready to round everyone up to come to the hospital, but I’m glad Indy talked him out of it. Stupid to waste their time sitting around when they can’t do anything.
P.S I’m sure Zacky could direct her to his house… where she should stay with him and look after him. Just sayin’!

I love the banter between them. Teasing him by using his full name and just being cutesy with one another. It’s awesome!
“What can I say, I’ve grown a bit of a soft spot for you,” she admitted. Her eyes quickly widened at what she just said, and she was thankful she was wearing sunglasses to hide it. “You guys, I mean. The band. Which one is your house?” – Bahahaha! Smooth, Indy… smooth.
Naww, the lil furball that started it all! He’s so cute. And I love how Indy is completely enamoured by him instantly. Hahaha
“Fuck me! She drove you home just because? Oh la la! Zack and Indy sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-.” – HAHAHAH! Oh, Brian… you immature adorable lil fool! Although he could have said a lot worse things… haha

Chapter Twelve
“I didn’t mean to be impatient, you fuck,” Indy said, smiling daringly at the guitarist. – well played, girl! Again, he’s lucky he’s so damn pretty.
How could a single smile cause such a reaction in him? – *sings* L is for the way you look at me. O is for the only one I see. V is very very, extraordinary and E is even more than anyone that you adore…
Her awkward rambles are adorable. I love that he just gets a kick out of it and lets her go on and on. Fuck these two are cute! Be still my little heart!
Zacky felt awkward about the way he had reacted to their relationship, and felt guilty about the memory of spying on the pair, his own jealousy imagination getting the better of him. – Oh, you can re-word it all you want, we both know it was pure jealousy, Baker!! I’m onto you!
He couldn’t help the small stomach drop as the realisation hit him. He had developed a crush on Indy – Oh, you adorable dumbo! Seriously, I’m questioning his I.Q right now. Did he potentially hit his head one or both of the times he’s fallen over? He’s so clueless. And sexy… but that’s beside the point.
While that slightly grossed Indy out, her heart took over and she had decided that she would give him a helping hand – Oh, I see what you did there…

So the technical side of things is completely going over my head, but I still find it interesting to read. I like the dynamic between her and Brian, but part of me is still a little nervous with how well she is meshing with him! I know logically it makes sense, since she can’t play with Zacky (well she could, just not with guitars…
“Good one, now you have made him mad,” Brian joked, – Hahaha!
I love how one minute, Brian is pouting, then he’s speechless and humbled all by Indy’s words. Nice to see he can be rendered dumbstruck. Hahaha.
I like their banter and that they get along, but argh… I’m such a sucker for Zacky that it’s making me a lil uncomfortable!
He was still learning to get over the fact he would have very little of his own playing on this album. It was awful. – Aww!
Chapter Fourteen
Knowing what his bandmates were like, he was not about to subject himself to the ruthless pranks they would pull on him while he was passed out. – Ohhh… but it would’ve been so funny! Hahaha. Until I felt bad and went back to pouting for him. God.

Haha, the boys uninvited visit bares amusement. I love how Matt just took Johnny’s beer. I feel he should have probably expected it. Hahaha.
It was beginning to feel like he wasn’t even part of the band anymore. – oh, my poor little Zacky! He needs a hug. Can I hug him? I’m gonna hug him.
“Free food,” Jimmy cheered again. – *sings* Always look on the bright side of life…

“He’s Brian!” Val exclaimed, making Indy laugh as well. Val turned around, handing Indy her drink. She accepted with a grateful smile and took a sip. “Well, how he used to be, anyway. That boy couldn’t walk past a window without making sure he could see himself.” – HAHAHAHA! Oh my god, literally cracked up at this.
“Why are you single?” She asked. – Well shit, Val. Way to ease into it. Hahaha.

I love that Jimmy is so over the top, but Val tells him to use his inside voice and he actually listens. Clearly she’s the mum of the group. Hahaha.

Chapter Sixteen
Naww… I love that she’s starting to feel the connection with Zacky and is acknowledging it! At least mentally, anyways. It’s a start.
Papa Gates! Love me some Papa Gates, he’s the bestest. I love that he includes all of them as his sons… so cute.
“I was told one day they would grow up,” Papa Gates joked to Mudrock. – pfft, yeah right!

“Say it,” Brian told her, a smug smile on his face. She rolled her eyes at him, but couldn’t help smile at his childishness.
“You were right,” she admitted, waving him off.
“I can’t hear you,” he sang, getting in as much gloating as he could.
“You. Were. Right,” she replied, annunciating each word as clearly as she could. The shit-eating grin on his face made her laugh. – Bahahaha! I love this little exchange… it actually makes me like Brian even more. But just as a character, he still can’t have Indy.
“If I wanted to make the moves on you, you wouldn't stand a chance,” he told her, pushing his sunglasses down from the top of his head to shield his eyes. “No one is impervious to my charm.” – Argh! It’s so damn cocky… but my god, so true. Bastard is just so damn sexy with his arrogance. Argh.
He had to lift up his sunglasses to get the wink across, but he thought it was well worth the effort. – Argh, stop being a sexy, funny bastard!

Chapter Eighteen

Zacky put his hand on the only thing he could find, one of the seat cushions on the chair next to him, and threw it at his retreating band made as he kept singing ‘Zacky’s in love, Zacky’s in love’. – Oh, Brian… you lil shit! Hahaha
If he didn’t see her, the crush couldn’t develop any further. – oh, you poor sexy fool! Of course that doesn’t work. You’re far too gone to avoid it now. Just bloody tell her! Or better yet, just kiss her and sort it out that way!
Argh, bad Indy. Smoking is bad! Naughty girl!
And what was this phone call about that has her so rattled? Did she get offered work away? She can’t leave. She needs to be with Zacky! King and Queen, remember?! Argh.
Chapter Nineteen
Nawww… she has finished! Argh. How will she get to be around Zacky now?! There’s still so many chapters. So much is gonna happen. You’re gonna be the death of me, woman!
She always got in trouble when she brought something to a gathering, and now they are doing exactly the same. – she really shouldn’t be surprised. Hahaha.
Bahahah! Yeah, girl! You make the big bucks! Don’t need no man or roommate! Woo!
AWWW!! I totally just yelled that in my living room. BUT they’re so sweet! She got a beautiful guitar! I’m so jealous and I don’t even know how to play guitar!!

I thought it was weird that they heard the door open but no one came in!!! I was like ‘Oh, maybe Sas just forgot she had someone coming in… lord knows I’ve done that.’ But nooo… Zacky heard it all. Don’t you punk out on me now, man! Make a damn move!!!

Chapter Twenty
Oh, she’s taking her custom Zacky guitar. That’s so cute. She’ll have a piece of him *clutches my heart*
Why is she leaving? Did he punk out? Do I need to spank him?! Coz I’ll do it. I’ll take that hit and spank him for not doing the one thing he was told to do!!
