I'm absolutely loving this so far and I'm so angry at myself for waiting so long to read it! It all seems so real and genuine and I love that about it. I definitely want to know more about Kalyn, so I'm excited to read on!
Two
I think so far Emma is my favorite character. I'm definitely her when it comes to smoking. I'll just be like 'no man, i'm done' and then turn around and take another when offered. It's so bad. I also like how concerned she got when she realized Kalyn was taking drugs.
Three
HAHA the sexy chicken conversation got me. That was perfect! I feel really bad for Violet though, especially after being treated that way by those guys. Emma and Tristan are good friends, though I'm iffy on Kalyn going to the party anyway. Part of me feels like she should've gone with her friends.
Four
I want so badly to scream at Kalyn not to do it, to just not go with Romaine because I feel like she's trying to prove something to herself and Blaine, to prove that she can sleep around without getting hurt or attached, but I have a feeling that that won't be the case.

Honestly, I've seen some really cringy sex scenes and this one really wasn't one of them. I thought you toed the line between fucking and love-making quite well. You can tell there's no feelings attached for either party and I really appreciated that.

Romaine doesn't seem that bad. Honestly, I highkey expected him to kick her out, but I'm pleased that he didn't.

I really loved this chapter, honestly. I think it gave really good insight into Kalyn's life and I appreciated that. I'm also really loving your description. It's so good and realistic!

I can relate to Kalyn taking drugs to avoid a panic attack. Granted, I've never done it before, but I can understand why she did it. Her panic was justifiable and I feel like a lot of people will be able to relate to that.
