The first chapter was so heartbreaking to read. I love that you wrote it in letter form because it made it that much more heartbreaking. The fact that Stella never got a chance to tell Severide how she felt is bad enough, but knowing how he died and everything else- God, so much emotion!
Ah, the first paragraph of the second chapter makes it hurt even more! The fact that he did feel the same and even planned on asking Stella out is heartwrenching, especially since he was never actually given the chance.
I definitely hope you continue this because, while I'm not familiar with the fandom, I do think this is a bomb story and I'd love to read more!
