Wow, just wow. Girl, stay strong. I have never had your experience but I have went through similar pain and guilt. I, like you, used to write out my pain and tears, if you will. I would have the urge to tell somebody what I was going through, yet didn't know how without talking in circles or feeling like I was burdening someone else. I even had a friend who shared a similar event to mine and it was still hard at times to make sense of it all. The pain, the guilt, the could haves, the surrealism that unfolds after tragic or life changing events. But that's what they are; life changing. You will never be the you that you were before all of this. And trust me, it's not a bad thing. It just means we are wiser and have lived more than our former selves.
