I was looking down your list of stories for that AFI fic, but I stopped to read this one. Wow. You've done an amazing job leaving all the right parts unsaid. I loved how she actually asked outloud why it couldn't have been Gerard. You seemed to capture the denail of the loss of a loved one just flawlessly. And one thing I really liked was that you never used any of their names. It just added some kind of personal touch, it made your characters just that much easier to relate to. So yeah, I liked it a LOT.

    Oh, another masterpiece.

I didn't cry at this one, but I felt the emotion. You completely followd the video yet you gave it your own interpretation. Your writing, I think, is underrated. It deserves more than the little attention it gets.

I like the part about the sacrificing a dance with her, then asking even without the music, and the sushi references, then writing a song in the battlefield, then a part of him dying, and then about the girl wishing it was him, and the last line about calm smiles.

I think you made a better interpretation of the video than I did. I wrote one, too, called After The End Of The World. Check it out when you have time, won't you?:D

BTW I'm copying your stuff to notepad so I can read them whenever I want. They're so fantastic.
I like to think I'm underrated too. Don't know if it's true, but I think it is. jerseygirlxx helped me a TON editing this. It's so much better because of her.

I'd love to:D And thanks; I feel loved.
