Sweeney pondered this. For one, it would get him out of Fleet street and away from the terrible memories of before. For another, it would give him a chance to see what a magical world was like. He thought for a few more minutes, balancing the pros and cons on his hands.
PROS
1. He'd leave Fleet Street
2. He'd see another world
3. He could get away from the terrible memories he left
CONS
1. He'd probably leave Mrs. Lovett
2. He wouldn't know anything about this world
3. He didn't tend to trust kids
He didn’t want to leave Mrs. Lovett, or Toby, for that matter. So he just had to ask. "What would happen to Mrs. Lovett and Toby? I've grown quite fond of them. Even Toby-" then he muttered under his breath"-even after what he did."
He waited for an answer, but before Dumbledore could speak, another question popped into his head. "What would the wage be?" he asked curiously.
