We Have found a cure
Frank's POV
I sit at Gerard's side slowly stroking his hand with my thumb. I miss him so much it's killing me inside. I rest my head on his chest and gaze up at his face. It looks the same as it did the first time I saw him, all mutilated but I can still see his handsome looks behind it all.
“Excuse me could I have a word with you 3” Doctor Hampton asks.
“Sure” Mikey yawns letting Alicia slip from his lap.
“Okay well the doctors that were here last night from New York may have found a cure for Gerard” Doctor Hampton says.
“Fuck, are you sure!” I yelp in excitement.
I think that he’s pretty use to hearing me swear now.
“We aren’t absolutely certain, but it's the best that we’ve got at the moment” Doctor Hampton says.
“Oh that is great!” Mikey says giving Alicia a hug.
“Yes, that is awesome!” I shriek running around to give both Alicia and Mikey a hug.
“I can't believe that this day has finally come” I whisper hugging Mikey tightly.
“But don’t get your hopes too high, we aren’t 100% sure that it will work” Doctor Hampton says.
“Okay, how long will I take?” Alicia asks.
“Not long about 10 minutes”
“Sweet” I say jumping up and down in excitement.
“Okay well if you 3 wait outside I’ll come and get you when it's all finished” Doctor says.
We all file outside smiling at each other.
“Uh Mikey” Doctor says.
“Yea”
“I know I’ve asked you this many times before, but where are your parents, we’ve searched a lot to find them, but there is no record of them being anywhere” I hear Doctor Hampton explain.
“Well I don’t know where they are, Gerard has been the one who has looked after me for a while now, they sort of just walked out on us” Mikey replies.
“Very well” Doctor replies looking sympathetic.
“Here the Doctors come now” he says.
My eyes widen in shock, as I stare at a bottle of liquid that Helena gave to me in my drea last night.
“Is that the cure?” I mumble breathing heavily.
“Yes it is”
