Daddy's Little Doll.

I waited for Marc outside of the market at his car with my groceries. When he came out he was smiling. I wanted to smile back but I just couldn’t. We got in his car and he drove to his house and I placed my bags in the fridge. After I sat on his couch. He made me a cup of hot chocolate and I softly thanked him. He sat next to me and we sat in silence.

“Why have you been ignoring me?” He asked.

“I haven’t meant to. It just happens, I’ve been blanking out lately.”

“What made you like that?” He said making me turn my face to him. I pulled my face away looking into the dark chocolate. I didn’t notice I was crying until my drink rippled and my hands shook.

“Peyton, I’m sorry.”He said taking the cup away from me placing it on the table. I shook my head crying more. He held me to him as I cried and when I looked up I planted a soft kiss on his lips.

He responded back brushing his fingers through my hair.

“Peyton. I’m afraid that I have fallen completely in love with you.” He said in a whisper kissing me again. I felt drowsy but kissed him back. When we parted I put my head on his chest and said back to him,

“I’m afraid I have too.”
