A Simple Love Story. Not!

"But I want to go to a fair!!!" Joe whined as I finished signing paperwork to be released from the hospital.

"Joe, it's December, there are no fairs." Nick said, then looking over at Ally and Duckie who were giggling about something.

"What's so funny?" He asked them, wanting to know what they were laughing about.

Ally's eyes widened as he asked her, and Duckie quickly started shaking her head back and forth saying, "Nothing!"

"Fine, then I'll give you both something to laugh about!" he said as he jumped towards them and scooped them both into him and started tickling their sides.

"Hey! No rough housing in my part of the hospital!" a rough womans voice piped up.

Nick turned his head and let go of the girls immediately to see a woman, maybe in her 40s looking pissed.

"Ha-Ha!" Joe said in a mocking voice.

"Don't you start with me, Mister!" she said, now rounding on Joe with her finger pointed.

"Come on guys, I'm done. Let's get out of here!" I said while grabbing Joe and Nicks hands and sprinting towards the doors.

Everyone else jogged behind the three of us and Joe was having his time of his life running through the hospital.

He was laughing like crazy and Nick and I started to slow down because we were laughing at him.

He has such a contagious laugh. And he's so cute when he's laughing.

When everyone finally caught up with us outside, we all were standing there and looking at each other trying to find out what to do.

"Look at all the pretty snow!" Joe screamed and then ran towards it.

I started to shake from the cold wind that suddenly made it's way towards us, and I wondered if Ally or Duckie even rememberd to grab it from check-in at the concert.

Within seconds, and as if they read my mind, Ally turned back into the hospital with Duckie.

"Where did sh-I mean. Where did they go?" Nick asked I stifled a laugh from hearing evident panic in his voice. He liked one of the two, I just had to figure out which one.

"I think they went to get my jacket, you silly goose egg!" I said as I ruffled his hair.

He just smiled shyly at me before I made my way to Liz who was standing next to Kevin, deep in conversation.

"I'm cold!"

She turned away from Kevin slightly to wrap me up in a bear hug to try and wam me up.

"Thanks, but I'm still cold."

A few seconds later, I felt another pair of arms wrap themselves around me from behind as they pressed themselves lighlty against me and I turned my head slightly to see that it was Kevin, wearing a giant smile on his face.

Joe and Nick who were throwing snowballs at each other realized that Kevin and Liz were hugging me, made their way over to join in on the hug.

Nick jogged a little to keep himself warm and Joe skipped his way over to us and Nick quicly wrapped his arms around my and then started to rock back and forth from side to side to create more heat between the three bodies.

About 5 seconds later though, Joe ruined it by screaming, "Look out!! There's a bird flying over you guys!" and jumped onto us. Making all of us fall to the ground from his unexpected jump.

Ally and Duckie finally made it out of the hospital with your jacket in hand to see everyone laying on the ground laughing.

Well, almost everyone.

Kevin was not amused, but then again, he was underneath everyone so why would he?

Kevin had fallen first with Liz landing with her back on top of him to his right slightly, while I fell with my back to him as well but on top of Liz and to Kevins left, while Nick landed on my stomach with his front towards me and then Joe had landed ontop of Nick. His face just inches from mine and a slow smile started to grace his beautiful face.

Ally and Duckie ran over to us then and started helping us all get up from Kevin's yells and pleas to have us get off of him.

After we all got situated and I was safely covered and warming up in my jacket, something cold and mushy came flying at me and landed right on the side of my face.

I turned slowly and saw Nick covering his mouth up with his hand, crouched down and Joe wide-eyed and pointing towards Nick.

I slowly put my gloves on that were tucked into my jacket pockets while keeping my glare trained on the both of them and bent down, scooped up some snow into my hand and asked which one of them did it as I molded it into a ball.

"He did!" both Nick and Joe said at the same time and pointing at each other.

"Joe threw it!" Kevin piped up and BAM! Kevin got hit with a snowball in his face from Joe.

I laughed and then quickly threw my snowball at Joe in return, after getting hit in the stomach with mine, threw one back at me. But I ducked it his snowball hit none other than Ally right in the face. Then, Duckie and her both looked at each other while I pelted Nick with a snowball, and they each made their own snowballs and started to chase Joe around to throw their snowballs at him.

Before I knew it, it was 6:45 and we were all hot and exhausted from running around from the intense snowball fight.

Being as tired as I was, I just basically collapsed where I was standing into the snow and started to make a snow angel, only to be accompianed by Joe, Ally and Duckie a few moments later who made snow angels as well and then just laid there looking up at the sky in silence.

But the silence didn't last long when my stomach rumbled and I looked to my left to see Joe looking at me with an amused look on his face before asking me, "Hungry?"

I nodded my head and then yelled over to Nick, Kevin and Liz, who were making a snowman that I was hungry and they yelled back they were too.

"Lets go to....Ummm...." I stopped and thought about it for a second but my thoughts were interrupted by Joe yelling, "Applebees!"

We all looked at each other and then smiled while nodding our heads having decided that would be the place to go.

They got a hold of Big Rob who was sitting in an SUV in the parking structure and we all piled into the vehicle when he came to pick us up a few minutes later.

Duckie, Nick and Ally sat in the back, while Kevin, Liz and myself sat in the middle and Joe sat up front.

Man, Kevin is fumbling his words. A LOT when talking to Liz.

I could'nt help but smile at the thought that her and Kevin, might be into each other and thought it was cute when a light shade of pink tinge was shown on her cheeks from his rambling and stuttering.

After 10 minutes or so we arrived at Applebees and Big Rob went in first to ask for a table for 8 since the girls and I managed to talk him into actually eating with us.

Side 1: Big Rob. Nick. Kevin. Joe.
Across the table, Side 2 : Myself across from Big Rob. Ally. Liz. Duckie.

We were having a great time, between Joe and myself fighting across the opposite sides of the table (not really fighting, just playing around with each other) and watching the built up tension between Liz and Kevin become more absurd, until I noticed that it was 7:30 and the guys had to leave in a half hour.

A sad look must have appeared on my face becuase Nick asked me what was wrong, bringing a halt in all the other conversations as I told them my thoughts. "Nothing, you guys have to leave in a half hour. That's all." and as I looked down the table, sad looks came onto all of their faces to match my own.

"Oh man! We still haven't even taken pictures yet!" Duckie said with a depressed look on her face.

"We'll take pictures when we get back to the Rave before we leave. Ok?" Kevin asked trying to make her feel better, which worked.

We all paid for the the bill, after much fighting with the boys about it, and made our way out to the vehicle and we all piled in.

I got in first, followed by Joe and then Duckie, while Ally, Nick and Liz piled into the middle and Kevin sat in front.

We were about 5 mins away from the Rave when Ally realiced that we didn't have the camera's that we bought to take pictures, which sent a whole new depression between Duckie.

"We must have left it at the hospital!" Ally concluded while she looked down at her feet and I saw Nick open his mouth to try and comfort her, but all he did was close his mouth and pulled her into his side slightly, and right then, I knew the second youngest Jonas had a crush on my little sister. That, or he was just being a nice guy.

"We all have camera phones!" Liz said excitedly from the middle. "Lets just take pictures on those!"

Liz and Kevin leaned towards each other to take a picture on her phone, while Ally and Nick did the same.

I looked at Joe and Duckie looked at him at the same time with a hopeful look on her face.

"You can take a picture first." I said to her with a smile as I leaned forward to take a picture with Nick while Ally leaned forward to take a picture with Kevin.

"Kevin! I'll get you when we get to the Rave. Ok?" I yelled across the van while looking at the picture of Nick and I to make sure it wasn't fuzzy or anything and hey yelled back an "Ok" as he pulled his phone out to take a picture with Liz while Nick did the same with Ally.

Joe dug his phone out of his pocket and took another picture with Duckie on his phone, then turned to Liz to take a picture with her. Then he went to Ally and took a picture with her and his face light up when he turned to look at me, but I put my phone back in my pocket, wanting to mess around with him a little bit.

It was just too easy.

"What? No picture of you and me?" He asked sounding like a child who just got rejected a piece of candy.

"Yep." I stated and then turned my head to hide my smile that was forming on my face and to contain my laughter from seeing the reflection of his face in the window, fall while he said quietly, "Oh. Ok." with a sad tone to his voice as he leaned back a little to put his phone back in his pocket.

But I couldn't hold it in after hearing how sad he sounded and his face and I turned around and said just kidding him while putting my arms around his neck to give him a hug and bring him closer to take a picture on his phone.

He didn't say anything, but he didn't have to when he squeezed me quickly before pulling his phone out of his pocket to take a picture.

The picture was absolutely adorable, my arms were around his neck to pull him close to me with smile on my face while a huge smile was on his face.

I let go of him then after he approved of the picture and grabbed my phone from my pocket to take a picture with him but he sent shivers down my spine when his hands grabbed my hips and pulled me across the seat to him to get closer.

My heart literally skipped a beat when he did that, but not wanting to let him know that he got to me, I just opened up the picture setting on my phone and leaned my face towards his while holding my camera out to take a picture of us two.

And holy crap did that picture turn out CUTE!

Last minute, Joe smushed his face against mine with a big grin on his face, making it almost impossible to tell it was me from my laughing and the fact that you couldn't really see my face but it was still adorable.

"Aww! I like yours better! I want it!" he said, trying to grab my phone away from me.

"I'll text it you so you can have it on your phone." I said to him while pulling it away from him and he only smiled widely while nodding his head and saying a quick ok and then rattled off his number for me to text it to him.

As soon as the picture arrived on his phone, he opened it and instantly a huge smile came across his face and he got quiet, playing around on his phone for the last remaining minutes until we reached the Rave.

"Well, this looks like this is good-bye!" Kevin said sadly to all of us.

"Wait! I didn't get my picture with you yet!" I said quickly while skipping over to him.

"Neither did I!" piped up Duckie, while jogging over towards us.

We each took a picture with him and gave a giant hug.

"I hope you're tour goes great for the rest of the time." I said while I walked over to Nick and gave him a hug.

Ally was giving Joe a hug and Duckie was giving Kevin a hug and Liz then gave Nick a hug.

Duckie then ran over to Joe and practically jumped on him to give him his hug.

He caught her and just laughed.

Liz was giving Kevin a hug and it was a mighty long hug as was Ally and Nicks'.

Duckie finally let go of Joe and walked a few feet away from the tour bus.

Ally and Nick broke their hug as did Liz and Kevin.

Liz and Ally walked towards Duckie and then they all started walking towards where the cars were parked while Nick and Kevin started walking towards the bus.

I walked up to Joe and gave him a hug.

"It was nice to finally have met you. You're so cool and I had a lot of fun today. I'll never forget it!" I said with a smile as I pulled away, or at least attempted to.

"I had a lot of fun today too. And as weird as it sounds, I'm really glad you got hurt at our concert otherwise we wouldn't have had the opportunity to hang out." Joe said then finally let go of me.

I smiled at him while he smiled back, sending butterflies to come alive all over my body when all of a sudden, two blurs ran past us.

Kevin was running towards the cars with Nick at his heels.

The two of started after them towards the cars to see what was going on and somewhere along the way, he slipped his hand into mine without me even noticing it. But I didn't mind it. It felt....surreal. And scarily perfect.

"Here....Liz....cell" Kevin said, winded from running across the parking lot.

"What?" she asked, with a big smile on her face that Kevin was standing in front of her again.

Ally and Duckie were standing in between my car and Liz's car, looking a little bit lost but none the less smiling politely.

Kevin held up his finger to indicate one minute. Then he said, "I must have accidentally forgotten to give you your cell back after I took the picture of us." he said, handing it back to her.

"Nick, why are you here?" Duckie asked, not seeing hers or Allys cell in his hands.

"I just wanted to come with." Nick said with a nervous tone in his voice and smiling shyly.

"Well, this was a lot of fun. I don't know if it was for you, but it was nice to be able to be a normal kid for once and be able to hang out with people our own age." Kevin said.

"Hopefully we will see you all again sometime soon! I really want to do this again!" Joe said and then turned to me, gave me another hug and then walked off towards his brothers who were walking back towards the bus while I walked towards my car to take Ally and I home since Liz could take Duckie home.

"Bye!" we all yelled while I opened up my car door and Liz opened up hers, getting into her car and starting it to let it warm up while I did the same.

"Bye!" they called back to us, turning around on their heels to wave and smile at us but right as we all turned to get in our appropriate vehicles, I heard Liz ask Kevin with a little bit of laughter in her voice, "Forget something else?"

I looked over and saw him holding open her car door while looking down at the pavement while saying, "Yeah. Actually, I did."

And my heart literally was sent into overdrive when he leaned down, gave her a quick peck on the cheek and then slammed her door shut while taking off after his brothers.

I couldn't help but laugh at Kevin and his 'kiss and run' thing happened and when I heard Joe yell to Nick, "I win! You owe me 5 dollars!" I burst into hysterics.

I looked over at Liz while Duckie started squealing that Kevin kissed her and my sister yelling over to them, "Thank you Captain Obvious!", and saw her slowly bringing her hand up towards her cheek to where Kevin kissed her and cupped it.

Wow. Those Jonas boys know how to definantly leave an impression.
