A True Friend Stabs You in the Front

Samantha Hayes is a sixteen year old misunderstood girl. A month after moving to Belleville, New Jersey, she makes no effort to make friends at school and is constantly getting in arguments with her mother.
She continues on with her anti-social behavior until one day, her mother decides to send her to therapy. Needless to say, this irritates Samantha, who finds herself being forced to go and grudgingly gives in.
On the first day of her therapy, she meets an unusual boy. Rebellious, as Samantha calls him. She learns facts about him, and sees that they have much more in common than she thought. After meeting his friends, she begins spending more time with them, and soon, she finds herself in a teenage relationship with the one boy who understands her better than anyone.
