Prologue

Some how, somewhere a disease spread throughout part of the country. It turned all people, and even some animals, into fiends. Monsters that eat of human flesh, but yet still look like humans. In a way the still think like humans, still have human emotions: they get angry, sad, happy, mad, they can even love. The animal instinct just tends to overpower those feelings. There’s a cure though, a cure only found in certain people. Something with their blood is different then most, and when the monsters catch a glimpse of them they won’t let up. They will chase that one person to the end of the world just to be normal again. But the question is would you become normal again, just to run and hide from beasts or would you stay a monster feeding on those you once cared about, destroying them, or forcing them to join you in your curse.
