The Jump

The moon was rising in the sky on the late October sky; only one week away from Halloween. The stars were out and the moon was bright orange and full. It was quite a beautiful site. Although it had faults that greatly outweighed the beauty. For one, it was unusually cold, and there was a sadness that hung in the atmosphere like a blanket. This would be a night that most viewed as a perfect October night, but for Mikey Way, it would haunt him forever.
