Changing Times

I awoke to hear growling like a dog out side the strange room i was locked in, i quickly surveyed the room, a toilet, bed and sink my first thought was i was in a prison cell but i noticed there was my book on the table then it hit me, Gemma was missing, i ran to the door of this room and began hammering on it, no reply so i kept hitting it until eventually my fists started to bleed, i fell down onto the door and began to sob into my hoodie, where was she? why couldn't i find her? i felt drawn to the book i had bought, i began to read it.

So it begins... i read aloud, the rest i didn't read aloud.

After 3 hours of non-stop reading i had finished the book, then the bolt from the door slid open,

"Finished pounding the door and finished your book?" Griffin said calmly with a cup of tea in his hand,
"Yeah, thanks for your help last night"
"No problem, later on today we will go and look for Gemma okay?"
"Why not now?"
"You have some training to go through yet"
"difficult?"
"For you, no, anyone else, yes"
"Why not for me?"
"Can say, you'll find out soon enough though, drink your tea"
"Hmm okay"

I drank my tea and spoke with griffin, he was a cool guy, down to earth and realistic.

He walked me to the training yard where i would begin my training...
