Changing Times

As i charged towards the figures and herd a maniacal laugh from behind me, one of the mysteries figures was behind me all of a sudden, How did he get there so fast?
"Aw, look at the little puppy so out of his depth and yet he still trys" The voice in front of me said
"Yeah lets not keep him waiting any longer bro" the other voice said.

At that moment the both jumped up as did i, suddenly out of nowhere one of the figures dropped out of the sky, now was my chance to get the other one but before i had a chance he dropped to the floor too, dead, as i landed on all fours so did another wolf he was a murky red colour yet he was smaller than i was, he didn't move his mouth but i could hear him talk,
"Hey I'm griffin"
"I'm Dave, thanks for saving me"
"no problem, lets go save your girl"
Strange i knew how he knew about gamma, we could see each others thoughts.

I ripped through the door with Griff close behind me i ran to get gemma whilst Griff cleared the house, as i found the room gemma was in i herd Griff in my mind,

"Don't, its trapped"
"i guessed as much, what do i do?"
"dig"
"Huh?"
"watch and learn pup"

i stepped back and watch Griff dig through the floor boards and into the room i got his signal and burst into the room to find it empty apart from Griff and a pile of Gemma's belongings.

I blacked out again.
