I didn’t even finish watching all the movie I feel asleep after only maybe 45 minutes of it and I spent most of that time with my hands covering my face and Oli trying to scare me more then I already was.
But now I was wide awake and Oli was asleep he still had a good grip on me and I struggled to see the clock on the bed side table. Leaning over a little too far and almost falling out of the bed I woke Oli up
“Hhhmmm” he mumbled incoherently
“Im sorry go back to sleep” I said but by now he was awake
“What’s the matter hun?”
“Nothing I just couldn’t sleep, I was thinking”
“About what?” he asked pulling me closer to him and I rested my head on his chest once more
“What if your friends don’t like me?” I asked worriedly it had never bothered me before if someone didn’t like me but I wanted Oli’s friends to like me.
“Oh hun don’t stress it, they will love you just be yourself” he replied
“What if I don’t know who that is anymore Oli?” I questioned myself
“I know this may sound harsh but why exactly are you a cheerleader?” he asked pulling me closer incase I took his question the wrong way
“For as long as I can remember my mother has made all the decision in my life everything from my friends to what sports I take up and getting older I just tried to please her I never seem to be enough, good enough, smart enough, pretty enough. So I tried to be the best daughter I possibly could and I guess I lost myself somewhere along the way” I replied letting the truth spill from my lips feeling extremely venerable.
“You are good enough Lacey, be who you want to be” he replied confidently and I shock my head a little at the first part and he kissed my temple.

The morning had finally come and I guess I had fallen asleep again, by the time I woke Oli was showered and walking around in clean boxers I silently laid in bed admiring his beautiful body for a few minutes before he realised I was awake.
“Good morning” he said way too cheerfully
“Morning” I replied a little sleepy
“Go jump in the shower before we go, there are clean towel and everything in there” he said and I got out of bed grabbing a pair of faded blue jeans and a white tank top and heading for the shower.
I got out of the shower and got dressed before heading back into his room. Oli was straightening his hair as I entered the room, stopping to lean against the wall near the entrance.
“Hey I thought you said this was camping you know no electricity” I said mockingly
“Yea it is but a guy still likes to look good” he complained
“So does a girl hand it over” I said and he handed me the straighter kissing my check
I partially straightened my hair leaving a small wave it and applied a small amount of make up after all a girl likes to look good.
“Are you ready to meet everyone love?” Oli asked and I nodded my head slowly he grabbed my hand and walked me down stairs to meet everyone else
“Alex, Pauline this is Lacey” Oli introduced and I smiled shyly
“You’re a cheerleader” Alex pointed out bluntly and I nodded leaving my head down
“Oh I know who you are now I knew you looked familiar” Pauline stated
“Yea the whole cheerleading crap is kind of a long story” I replied shyly looking up a little
“You don’t seem like the other girls you hang out with” Pauline replied
“Thank you” I replied with a real smile on my face
Pauline was quite lean and slightly taller then I, her thick black layered hair hung low on her back with a white lace bow in the side, she wore skinny blue jeans and a plain black top and her skin seemed to glisten with the sun light.
Alex wasn’t lanky but quite tall he seemed to be a little built, his hair was fairly long maybe an inch or so longer then Oli’s and was a nice shade of dark brown he wore torn up skinny jeans and a red v-neck shirt.
“Okay guys are we ready to go?” Tom asked heading down the hall way
“Yep” was the reply all around.
