"My names Elizabeth, and you are?" She asks as we pile into a van with four other vampires. There were more back at the place I was kept.
"Priyanka, but please call me Pree," I tell her.
"This is Mary, her boyfriend Dart, Julie and Rebeca at the wheel," She explains, they all say hello and talk amongst themselves.
"So, aren't you a slayer? Why are you friends with the Cullen's? I mean yeah, like us, we don't harm humans, we take blood from animals. But, slayers will never befriend them," Elizabeth says after a moment of silence.
I said, "Well, I guess you can say, they came to me first." Not wanting to get into details yet.
She laughed at this and nodded.
"Well, we took a big risk going there, but we all wanted revenge for that vampire hunter cult. They never saw it coming, especially Adam," Elizabeth says.
"Why did they kill your...girlfriend?" I asked uneasily.
She looks a way and says, "They saw her, she wasn't doing anything wrong."
Her face darkens, "She was just hunting an animal for food, it wasn't like we were killing humans, we felt bad enough taking animals lives. But, they saw her as a threat and killed her. She was my love partner for almost 100 years now."
With her head hung low, I had the urge to put my hand over hers. I did. I saw everything, every pain she had felt, the days she had with Lissa, I felt the love they had. I took my hand back, unsure to explain what had just happened. Elizabeth did.
She looks at me, she smiles wide.
"You have it!" She yells.
"Everybody, she has the power of Healing and Feeling."

Apparently the power to heal was very rare, it was even more rare to have healing and feeling as a power together. Dart had explained everything to me. He seemed to know a lot about slayers and the powers. Also, Elizabeth had the power to detect all of someones powers once they used their power on them, that is how she knew i had healing too and not just the feeling power.
I had realized that this is why Adam had wanted me to join their group. They wanted to use me in case of a vampire attack.
That means I could have saved Harley and got her out of there!
"We should go back," I say. They all look at me.
"To save my friend, she didn't want to be a slayer, she is half slayer and half vampire," I sounded very desperate.
They all exchanged looks and Elizabeth finally said, "We're sorry but we can not go back. We had heard them getting more Hunters from The Council."
And that was it. I started to sob as all the realization kicked in. Poor Harley, wherever she is, I hope she finds peace.
I had to keep going. WE had to keep going.
I needed Jasper more than ever.

We arrived at Forks and I did not ask for them to take me home, I asked if they could take me to Jasper and his family.
And they weren't there.
It turns out I was gone for three days. I came home on the day my parents were coming back. Tuesday. They said on Friday it would be Monday, but I wasn't complaining. At least they thought I had been safe.

I was mad. School on Wednesday was horrible. Jasper and his family weren't there. It got me mad because I think they left because they were scared. They didn't want to get the blame on them.

Thursday; I saw Harley. I mean I technically saw her. She had her trench coat on and had a cigarette in her mouth.
It was her ghost.

"I don't care, that bitch deserves it," He growls as he kicks me on my side.
I yelled in pain.
"I don't think it's a good idea," Adams stops and helps me up. "You don't want her little vampire to be more pissed off than he already is when he comes here."
"What? I thought they wont find us-" Dimitri was caught off.
"Come on Dimitri, they are very skilled vampires," He laughs and walks to the door, heading out he adds, "They will find us."

"We should go back," I say. They all look at me.
