41. Place them in a coffin of scarab beetles, scorpians and flesh eating insects...
42. Place a spiked torture helmet on them and slowly bore into their skull, note- victim may live for a period of time after spike has penetrated skull...
43. Lower them feet first into a wood chipper...
44. Use a tongue tearer on a victim's penis...
45. Impale them on a large wooden stake (think vlad the impaler)
46. Peel off their eyelids, and slowly gouge out their eyes or castrate them, making them watch everything being done to them...
47. Place them in a garrotte (chair by which the victim has a spike screwed into the back of their neck) and sever the spinal cord, rendering them paralysed or dead.
