61. Place him in a head crusher, it speaks for itself...
62. Place him in an iron collar, by where they are hoisted off the ground until no longer touching, the teeth in the collar biting into the flesh of the chin and neck...
63. Tie the hands behind the back using handcuffs or other means and hoist off their feet by their wrists, dislocating the shoulders. Further the pain by swinging the victim back and forth, like a pendulum...
64. Throw them into a tank full of piranhas, man eating sharks, crocodiles, giant rabid quid and other such flesh eating creatures... add a man eating starved lion for good taste and a drop of human blood to get the party started...
65. Using a skull splitter (halo shaped ring palce about the top of head, embedded with spikes) hoist the victim off the ground, tearing off the top of the skull...
66. Use a giant nutcracker, for obvious reasons...
67. Put them on a spit roast...
68. Pull the flesh from the bones using tweezers...
69. Push them into an active volcano...
70. Expose the victim to some sort of flesh eating disease...
