The Pain I've Grown to Know

Edward's P.O.V.

why are you acting this way? i asked her

i don't know maybe it's because you have a girlfriend who loves you she told me

i stayed quite and walked out of her room.

edward she told me

i just kept walking away though. how can she alway think about other things before her self? i mean how selfish is she? i never knew she be this way. amber was still awake and closing everything that dealed with light in the house.

"why are you doing that?" i asked her

"emily is coming over and i don't think allie would want her to know that secret" she told me

"well have you seen my skin in the sun before?" i asked her

"in allie's mind like now" she said

"what?" i asked her

"yeah she's asleep and well i saw it before she fell asleep" she told me

"but if emily's coming then wouldn't allie wake up?" i asked her

"when she smells her scent she will" she told me

"so allie gets thristy sometimes" i told amber

"i guess that explans the sneeking out then smelling like a deer" amber said with a smirk

"you knew?" i asked her

"kind of but i never really knew allie would say anything" she told me

"when though?" i asked her

"well she kept eating like there was no tomorrow and well that night we had the dares and she was dared to drink the blood and she wasn't hungry anymore so i guess that's what she does know" amber explained

i hope allie isn't asleep someone thought.

i never heard that voice before that must be emily coming now. amber looked at me and nodded.

yeah that's emily coming she told me

a knock soon came at the door. amber decided to answer the door.

"amber i didn't know you were here" she said jumping on amber

"yeah that's why allie couldn't make it last night i suprised her" amber told her

"oh" she said

she soon looked at me. i kind of saw lusted in her eyes though.

"is this jacob?" she asked amber

"no i'm edward" i told her

he's really cute. is he allie's? she thought to her self.

allie soon made her way downstairs.

"morning" emily told her

"fuck mornings" allie said and made her way to the couch to lay down

"what time did you go to sleep?" emily asked her

"early but you know how i get after flights" allie said

"yeah you sleep for at leasted a day" emily said

"emily met edward already" amber told allie

"that's good to know" allie said

"well i have a suprise for you" emily said

"what is it?" allie asked

"well michael took picture of the last time he went to washington to see you guy and well he has picture of the concert and everything" emily said handing the pictures to allie

amber sat next to allie and they started looking threw them. i remember that day. i was jealous of him.

"edward there's a picture of everyone acting dumb in it and you look mad" amber said

"what?" i asked

i looked at the picture and saw i was looking at allie and michael. i was mad but it was more jealously than anything. i never knew it would come out in a picture.

"allie are you going to stay or leave me again?" emily asked her

"to be honested i don't know" allie said

"well mom really really misses you and was crying when she noticed you really did leave" amber said

they kept talking. allie wouldn't look at me though. i knew allie was more likely to go back to forks now hearing about her mother. i would go back too. i just want her to know how i feel about her.

before we all knew it the sun was down. emily went home. well amber took emily home and left me and allie alone.

i'm suprised your not talking allie said

"for what? your staying and i'm going" i told her

"how do you know i'm staying and not leaving?" she asked me

"i'm just thinking like you" i told her coldly.

she walked up the stairs. she looked down once

if you knew the way i was thinking then you'd know i was going back to forks she said

she went to her room and locked the door and windows. i guess she thought there was no way for me to go inside her room now. i could still go in but i don't think i'm welcomed in there now.
