Lili Neil is a twenty four year old hair stylist, the daughter of one of rock's biggest legends. She has styled such band's hair as Green Day, Panic at the Disco, and Madina Lake. She does not date because of a high-profile ex-boyfreind who was abusive. However, the breakup empowered her, and she doesn't take crap from anybody anymore.

Zacky Vengeance is a very pampered guitarist. He hardly ever does his own hair and makeup, and when he does he demands that the respective stylists fix it if it doesn't look good to him. Though the rest of the band is not like this, he doesn't see a problem with it. But when the band decides to hire a new hair stylist to replace Brian's ex-girlfriend, one with many achievements, will his attitude change as she refuses to be a pushover like all the others?
