"Bye guys! I'm off to hang out in Demi and Selena's room!" Lexi said with her melodious voice.
"When are you gonna be back?" I ask.
"I'm not sure. But it'll probably be after dinner." She said.
"Okay. Bye!" I said.
"Take care." Nick said as he entered the kitchen.
"See ya later." Joe said.

"Hey, Joe."
"Yea Kev?" Joe said.
"Do you think I have a shot with Lexi?"
"Well, I don't know, Kev. She's 17 and you're like, what? 21?"
"Yea. But, I really like her, man."
"Okay. I'm gonna go read in my room."
"Okay. See ya later dude." *He could read???*

JOE'S POV

Kevin is crushing on Lexi.
I think Lexi is beautiful and not hot. Like Taylor.
Why is Taylor suddenly on my mind???
WAIT. She isn't in this school right??
Or is she??
Whatever. I couldn't care less.

I can't seem to get her out of my mind.
She's really nice, friendly and really beautiful and special and unique.

I couldn't help but overheard Kevin and Joe's conversation.
I can't believe that Kevin likes Lexi.
I think they definetely wouldn't work out.
Lexi is clearly meant for me.
She and I have lots in common.
I couldn't think of any right now but were alike.
And right now, I'm guessing that Joe likes her too.
She'll probably choose Joe over me.
He always gets the girls.
And I get...What??
