"What's wrong, Will?"

He pointed. "Fans."

"Oh, snap."

"Turn the other way and walk away slowly and quietly, and carefully."

Then we heard it.

"HOLY SHIT IT'S RYAN ROSS AND WILLIAM BECKETT!"

"Run!!!!!"

William and I gasped, stumbling onto a random bus, not worrying about who it was. Any given person on tour would understand.

"Hey, oh. What happened?" Jack Barakat looked up from his place on Alex Gaskarth's lap.

"Fans," Will and I gasped simultaneously.

"You were the first bus we could get onto."

"Ahh." It was their turn to reply in sync.

I giggled.

"So what's cracking?" Will smiled easily, and we all started laughing.

"Mmm, hey, Brendon?"

"Yeah, babe?"

"You're coming out to dinner with us, yeah?"

"Um... Sure, where do you want me to meet you?"

"Well, we were gonna walk. So if you just wanna meet us over at Will's bus in like fifteen, twenty minutes?"

"Okay, babe. Be there soon."

"Mmkay. Love you."

"You too, bye."

I shut my phone, turning it over in my hands.

"You okay, Ry?" Will looked concerned.

"Yeah, he just seemed kinda... distracted."

"I'm sure it's nothing." Gabe smiled at me reassuringly from under William.

"Yeah, nothing." I smiled back.

Will just smiled. "You ready to go?"
