The city’s rundown facades surrounded them. Towering over them, practically staring them down only to further point out that they’re outsiders. The buildings peering down at them; watching them judging them.
The four boys knew they didn’t belong. They knew they weren’t like everybody else. They never had been. That’s what brought them together, what forced them from their small town suburban home, and drove them to this big dark city brimming with evil... Not that they knew about the last part when they moved there. Fate just has a way of putting people where they need to be.
