Shameless

Alex pushed me toward the bed. "Alex," I said, spinning on my heel to get away.

"What?" he asked, coming toward me again.

"Please, Alex, not now..." I said, putting my fist to my mouth and pushing him toward the door with the other hand.

Alex whined, "BUT- BUT- but- but- PLEASE." I giggled.

"Good night, Gaskarth," I said, giving him the last little push out the door. He turned and stood in the doorway, pouting.

"But, LILY, I love you," he said, opening his arms, still pouting.

"I love you too, Alex," I replied.

He grinned and threw his arms wider so his forearms were both pushing against my doorframe.

I shook his hand and he opened his mouth in shock as he let out one definitive laugh.

I laughed and shut the door.

I took five steps away from the door and heard the doorknob creak. It was Alex.

I turned to face the door and he came bursting through, squashing me in a hug.

"GOOD NIGHT MY BEAUTIFUL LILY! I LOVE YOU!" he yelled, slamming the door and attacking me in a bear hug.

I laughed furiously and hugged him back.

He was still exactly the same.

And I will always love him.
