Always Attract

I couldn’t believe Sam told Bobby, Koti and his daughter Kaida (who had just arrived home from the University of paranormal studies in London and was looking for a good night out) that they could also come to party, Sam and I sat in my car, I started honking the horn repeatedly, the sun was ready going down and we had to be there before midnight, the drive was two hours away,

‘Give them a chance Superman’ Sam laughed, I glared at him in his Spiderman costume,

‘Shut it Spiderman’ I snapped, I glanced at my watch, 18:50 it read, I was growing impatient, just as I was about to honk the horn again, Koti and Kaida came running out of the house, Koti in her fairy costume and Kaida as a pirate, they got in the back of the car and began laughing,

‘Your so impatient’ Koti laughed, I scowled at her,

‘Are we picking up Dylan ?’ Sam asked, I shuck my head,

‘She’s running a bit late LIKE US, so she said she’ll meet us down there’ I uttered, driving fastly down the free way,

‘Who’s Dylan ?’ Kaida asked, Koti laughed,

‘She’s that crazy girl that tried to shot Bobby, the girl that looks like a boy, remember I was telling you ?’ Koti teased,

‘Stop guys, she’s really nice’ Sam scowled, I higherd up the music and concentrated on the road. We arrived at the party a half hour late, we sat down at a good quiet table in the corner, where we could see everyone, Sam and Koti went to get drinks, Lady Gaga - Just Dance blared through out the club,

‘I love this song’ Kaida chirped as she took off her coat, her pirate costume consisted of a short denim skirt, knee high brown boots, a cream shirt, a think black belt, a plastic sword and a pirate hat,

‘Wanna dance ?’ she asked, I got distracted because I had got a text, I opened the message, it was from Dylan saying

‘I’m almost here’, Kaida grabbed my phone off me and quickly read the text, she giggled slightly,

‘Don’t worry about her, relax, we’re at a party’ she said playing with a strand of her long blonde hair, I smiled, Sam and Koti had returned with our drinks, I grabbed my beer and took a big gulp straight away, I noticed the song change from Just Dance to When I Grow Up - Pussycat Dolls, then something else caught all of our attention, a big group of men had gathered around the entrance, they were all wolf whistling,
We stood up to see her, it was like out of a movie or something, as soon as the chorus of the song came on the men all parted to form two lines, and the girl walked through the gap giggling, I almost fainted when I saw who it was, DYLAN, dressed up as a pinup girl, she was wearing a red corset, black shorts (they were basically underwear), fish net tights, white socks to slightly bellow her knee and black heels, she was wearing a curly wig, the exact same colour as her own hair, and she was wearing MAKE UP! We were all shocked, including Kaida who hadn’t even met Dylan yet,

‘Hey guys’ Dylan chuckled as she approached our table,

‘I-I g-got you a beer’ Sam stuttered as he was still in shock, she smiled widely, revelling her sparkling white teeth I had never noticed before, I stared at her in shock,

‘Are you ok Dean ?’ she asked me, placing her cold hand on mine, I nodded, men all around the club looked over at us,

‘Do you know them guys starring over here ?’ she asked and then sipping her beer, we all shuck our heads,

‘I think they’re looking at you’ Sam laughed, she looked at us with a look of shock on her face and pointed at herself,

‘Me ? No way’ she said unconvinced, Kaida sighed loudly,

‘I see you brought the bait’ she laughed loudly looking Kaida, Kaida looked at Dylan disgustedly, Sam and I laughed. Later on that night I sat at the bar by myself, staring at Dylan talking with a guy in a corner of the room, he was tanned and dressed up as Zoro, he came over to the bar and was ordering Dylan a drink, I got up and walked over to Dylan, she smiled when I came over,

‘Hey’ she chirped as I stood beside her, I smiled,

‘Hi, we’ve got about a half hour before the spirit should attack’ I stated she smiled and nodded, just then Zoro motioned she come over to him, she took a step in his direction but I grabbed her hand,

‘Did I tell you how gorgeous you looked tonight ?’ I whispered in her ear, she grew frustrated,

‘Oh I look gorgeous ? I thought I was one of the boys ? Not hot at all ?’ she spat, pushing my arm away and walked towards the bar,

‘Wait! What ?’ I asked, she turned on her heel to face me and scowled at me,

‘I heard you on the phone to Sam, so back off’ she yelled, Zoro came running over and placed his arm around Dylan,

‘This guy bothering you babe ?’ he asked smugly, Dylan growled and took his arm off her,

‘Both of you are’ she snapped and began storming away, Zoro grabbed her arm,

‘Don’t walk away from me’ he snapped and pulled her closer to him, I punched him right in the face and he fell down,

‘Back off’ I yelled at him, Sam and Koti came running towards us,

‘GUYS quickly Kaida’ Sam yelled, Dylan and I ran with them outside to the car park where the spirit was pulling Kaida into the darkness by the hair, Dylan grabbed the gun that was tucked into the back of my costume, took her shoes off and shoved them at me, she ran into the darkness after them, we were quick on her heels but couldn’t see them anywhere, I growled,

‘We’re never going to find them’ I snapped, Sam frowned and Koti looked scared,

‘We will’ Sam assured Koti, just then Dylan and Kaida came walking towards us,

‘Oh thank God you’re ok’ Koti cried running and hugging Kaida, Dylan handed me my gun and grabbed her shoes, she walked off, I threw the impala keys to Sam and ran after Dylan, she was already getting into her truck, it was a 63 rusty red Chevy step side C-10 pickup, she began to drive but I ran in front of the truck she sighed, I jumped into passenger seat, and shut the door, I looked into her beautiful eyes,

‘I’m sorry’ I apologized, she pursed her lips,

‘You better be’ she said with a half smiled and began driving fast.
