Born for This

Preface

Preface:

I looked across at the girl that sat before me on her large, lavender colored mattress. She gave me her familiar smile as I gazed into her big baby blue eyes. My heart was ready to jump out of my chest. The hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. Is it right to be scared with someone you love so much?

She sauntered over to me from the other end of the mattress, stopping in a catlike stance about three inches from my face. I could smell her breath, which smelt of apples and garlic. Such a strange combination that made my nose wrinkle, but so calming my eyes fell closed.

I never really thought about what she was about to do. I felt her cold breath against my face, making my shiver, and my hands shake nervously. Too close, I kept thinking. But I liked it. I opened my eyes slightly and locked with the orbs prettier than the sky that lay before me. I leaned in closer.

And I kissed her.
