Impatient mother
*The next morning*
Denise-"Taylor, Selena! Wake up!"
Selena-"No! I don't want to!"
Denise-"Come on."
Taylor-"No!"
Selena gets up.
Selena-"You should get up. She's gonna come in here with cold water and dump it on you."
Taylor-"Whatever"
Denise-"Where's the water bucket?"
Taylor-"Shut up Selena"
Denise gets a bucket of freezing cold water and dumps it on Taylor. \
Taylor-"Eek!!! Oh my God, that's COLD!"
Joe, Demi and Nick run upstairs to where everybody else is.
Joe-"Mom!"
Denise-"What? She wouldn't get up!"
Joe-"I thought we discussed this! No dumping water on my friends!"
Denise-"Oh well."
Taylor stands up.
Taylor-"I am soaking wet, my hair is completely drenched and all frizzy, and I'm freezing! Could this day get any worse?!"
A little bit later, they go downstairs. Taylor dried herself off and put her hair up in a ponytail.
Denise walks in.
Denise-"Taylor, Selena, can I talk to you two alone?"
Demi-"Okay, we're gone."
Nick-"Yeah."
Nick, Demi & Joe go upstairs.
Denise-"First of all, I'm sorry for dumping cold water on you."
Taylor-"It's okay."
Denise-"Now I understand that you two are dating my boys."
Selena-"How do you know that Nick and I are dating?"
Denise-"Joe told me."
Selena-"Ugh! (looks at Taylor) You're boyfriend is such a blabber mouth!"
Taylor-"No he... yeah, he is."
Denise-"I just wanted to ask you two if you would ever take it further than kissing."
Selena & Taylor look at each other. They're both uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Taylor-"Um... I can tell you that that won't happen until I get older."
Selena-"Yeah, same here!"
Denise-"Okay. I also wanted to ask ho---"
Frankie runs in.
Frankie-"Mom! Where's Joe?!"
Joe runs in.
Joe-"Who called my name?"
Taylor & Selena stand up.
Selena-"I guess we're done here!"
Taylor-"Yeah, bye!"
Selena, Taylor & Joe all go upstairs.
Demi-"Good, you're all here. I thought you'd be gonners for sure!"
Taylor-"Why would you think that?"
Nick-"Trust me, you'll understand when you get to know my mom better."
Joe-"Yeah. At least Frankie is good for something."
Taylor-"Wait, you set that up?"
Joe-"Yep!"
Demi-"No! I came up with the plan!"
Selena-"Busted!"
They all laugh.
Nick-"So what did my mom say to you?"
Selena-"She wanted to ask if Taylor and I would take it, um, further than kissing."
Nick-"This is the furthest that I'll go."
He kisses Selena.
Joe-"Me too."
He kisses Taylor.
Demi looks at both couples making out.
Demi-"I want a boyfriend, damn it!"
Both girls pull away.
Selena & Taylor point at each other.
Selena & Taylor-"Take hers, not mine!"
Demi-"Wow..."
They all start laughing.
Nick-"Hey, you guys wanna go watch The Unborn? It came out today. (pretend that it's in the theatres.)"
Selena-"Sure!"
Taylor-"Wait, we're going to go see a movie? This will be, like, my first time to a movie theater!"
Joe-"Okay, that's just screwed up!"
They all go to the theater.
