*At the Jonas house*
Everyone except for Austin is over. Denise invited them to eat dinner with them. Austin's mom wanted him home.
Denise-"So, the talent show is tomorrow."
Joe-"Ugh, don't remind me"
Denise-"But..."
Taylor-"He's just worried that I'm gonna beat him"
Joe-"Oh yeah, right. Like you'll beat me?"
She nods her head quickly, and he rolls his eyes.
Taylor-"I'm just excited to meet Kevin."
Nick-"We haven't seen Kev for a while now"
Selena-"I met him, like, once. That's it."
Demi-"Yeah, me too"
Taylor-"I bet he's gonna be awesome"
Joe-"Oh yeah... awesome"
Denise-"Joe, don't talk like that about your brother"
Joe-"Well. What am I supposed to think of the guy that's dating someone who hurt my girlfriend?"
Denise-"I don't care what his girlfriend did, he is your brother"
Joe stops arguing. The rest of dinner is quiet. Demi, Selena and Taylor all leave. They are all sleeping over at Demi's. The boys didn't want to come.
*In Joe's room"
Nick-"Dude, why are you still so mad at Kevin?"
Joe-"I just can't believe that he's dating Ashley. What the hell made him want to date her?"
Nick-"I don't know. But it's his choice"
Joe-"And I don't like it... at all."
Joe's phone rings. He looks at the ID, then rolls his eyes.
Nick-"Who is it?"
Joe-"Then stupid older brother"
He picks up his phone and presses the talk button.
Joe-"What do you want?"
Kevin-"Are you still mad at me?"
Joe-"Yes, I am!"
Kevin-"Come on, you have to forgive me. I made cookies for tomorrow!"
Joe-"No, I'm not... wait, cookies?"
Nick gives him a weird look, and Joe gets serious again.
Joe-"Stop changing the subject! Im not forgiving you
Kevin-Well, Im still going to date Ashley
Joe-Why?! Shes psycho!
Kevin-My girlfriend is not psycho. Yours is the one who keeps on getting up in Ashs face!
Joe-I think youre a bit confused. Ashley is the one ruining Taylors life! How the hell did you even meet her?
Kevin-I told you, at a party
Joe-Oh yeah, a party. Filled with alcohol and sluts. Thats a great place to meet your dream girl.
Kevin-She is my dream girl.
Joe-Man, she must have slipped something into your drink, because you dont even think straight anymore
Kevin-The party wasnt like that
*Flashback*
Kevin is at the party. He is sitting by himself with a beer in his hand. A blonde headed girl walks over and sits down next to him. Kevin thinks that shes hot, so he starts talking to her.
Kevin-Hey.
?-Um, hi
Kevin-Whats your name?
?-Its Ashley
Kevin-Nice to meet you Ashley. Im Kevin Jonas
Ashleys head bops up, and she starts to take interest in Kevin.
Ashley-Jonas?
Kevin-Yep
Ashley-Oh! Well, its so nice to meet you!
She starts twirling her hair around her finger and flirts with him. They talk for about an hour, and before they know it, they are drunk.
Kevin-S-So Ashy W-Wanna be m-my girlf-friend?
Ashley-Uh-huh!
She giggles, and then falls into his arms. She looks into his eyes and kisses him. She pulls away, then walks out the door like a ditzy blonde.
*Flashback ended*
Joe-Kevin? Kevin!
Kevin-What?
Joe-Dude, youre acting real strange. Watch out with Ashley. Ill see you tomorrow.
He hangs up the phone.
Nick-Feel better now?
Joe-Not really
Nick-Well, you better get it together. Were gonna see Kevin tomorrow.
Joe-Dont remind me. Night
He gets into bed and closes his eyes. Nick shakes his head at him and walks to his room.
