I'm sorry to get everyone excited about an update, I just want to explain my long absence away with some excuses.
Before Christmas and New Year I was sorting out all my uni applications, preparing for January exams. On New Years Eve I got some really, really bad news and for about a month there was really nothing I wanted to do, writing or otherwise. I dragged myself through January exams.
Since then I've had coursework coming out of my ears, on top of crap loads of psychology and history revision.
Then, about four weeks ago, my laptop got dropped down a flight of stairs and has been, since, in a fair few pieces. We're trying to get it fixed but it's looking bleak. Until we know for certain, however, I don't get a new computer.
This also means that everything I've written for the story, until that point, has been smashed up with my laptop so there's a chance I'm going to have to start over with what I've written.
My exams finish next week, so we'll see how it goes from there.
